After Kasa was done we had the yard of our dreams. I thought it was torn landscaping paper and took a good look before I went to pick it up. It was something tiny and moving! It was trying to burrow into the crevice of the gate. I immediately called ProTech and they arrived within 20 minutes- it was 6:30 PM on a Saturday night! They removed the creature and told me that it was a Brown Mexican Bat and that it was rabid as determined by its actions. Yes, this pest control visit was costly but if my little dog, Luciano, went out there and decided to play with it, or if it bit me (I am always in flip flops and open toe shoes right now) it would have been a night mare. Thank you ProTech!

Jerry, the owner, had left his business card in our door. We were looking at getting our front yard…read morelandscaping done and decided to hire him. I explained to him what I wanted and even pointed out my neighbors yard and told him I wanted it exactly like theirs. He promised he would get it done and we wouldn't be disappointed. We were and still are highly disappointed. The cement that he poured was uneven and literally crumbled and cracked the day after he took off the moldings, the turf was bumpy, uneven, and had no defined border making it look extremely messy (he had told me he was going to put a border but he "forgot") and the rocks were just average. He took our money and did not come through with what he said he would do. I also want to point out that the business is not registered in the city of El Paso nor does the owner have a general contracting license. Do not hire him.

Everyone on the crew was very friendly and professional.

I recently contacted this company for an estimate. After the owner came out to my property, he gave…read moreme a quote on which I agreed on. (But before I proceed, I know the owner will bad mouth me, because I would not pay him in advance, and that is fine since I have him and his wife/helper on video. He was verbally abusive to my mother). A disposal fee was included in the quote which I was aware of and agreed to. The problem we encountered was his persistence on paying him before hand. He was asking for the money, days in advance. I'm not one to pay for a job that hasn't been started, never the less not completed. He initially quoted me a time of arrival, which he didn't commit to. I have made a visit to my local police department, presented the video of him being verbally abusive and filed a report. I have also submitted surveillance video evidence to my local news media to prevent it from happening to someone else. Verbal abuse: the act of forcefully criticizing, insulting or denouncing another person. He did just that. Verbal abuse is not the same as misinformation. As stated above, he will try and defame me, it's okay. I have my lawyer in place to press charges for slander, intimidation, and harassment (all provided with video evidence- surveillance and personally captured).

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future customers deserve to know my experience…read more Sergio was friendly and responsive at first. We agreed to a landscaping project that included concrete work, rock, and artificial turf. Shortly after work began, the project was repeatedly delayed due to staffing shortages, forgotten equipment, scheduling issues, and other excuses. Throughout the project, Sergio repeatedly requested additional payments beyond the agreed deposit, including money for rocks, labor, and even $200 so he and a friend could watch the USA soccer game before the project was finished. He acknowledged several mistakes himself, including measuring portions of the project incorrectly and needing to return to fix them. Despite numerous promises to come back, many issues were never properly corrected. The final workmanship left me disappointed, and communication eventually stopped once payment had been made. I recommend anyone considering hiring this company insist on a detailed written contract, avoid paying ahead of completed work, and thoroughly inspect every aspect of the job before making final payment. I wish this experience had turned out differently, but I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.
