Does not go back and forth between homes. 3. The quality of work is superb, with every attention to detail, & does not cut corners when he could have. 4. The works he did was: gives you 3-D imaging of your vision before starting...leveling the yard, laying brick, pouring concrete (not buying the slabs), detailed water system, timing the water system, picking up all supplies, placing decorative stone walls, planting the trees & flora chosen, pouring wheel barrow after wheel barrow of decorative rock. Laid sod as well. Placed beautiful lighting. It's a work of art! 5. Every single day, the worksite was cleaned up, & placed under the patio nice & neat. He could have easily left the tools where he was going to start back up the next day. 6. Constant and consistent back breaking work! I saw one short break on only a couple of days.
