He can be reached at 915-222-2858. Listed are the the qualities that we found outstanding. 1. Starts the job when he says he will. 2. Stays on the job until completion. Does not go back and forth between homes. 3. The quality of work is superb, with every attention to detail, & does not cut corners when he could have. 4. The works he did was: gives you 3-D imaging of your vision before starting...leveling the yard, laying brick, pouring concrete (not buying the slabs), detailed water system, timing the water system, picking up all supplies, placing decorative stone walls, planting the trees & flora chosen, pouring wheel barrow after wheel barrow of decorative rock. Laid sod as well. Placed beautiful lighting. It's a work of art! 5. Every single day, the worksite was cleaned up, & placed under the patio nice & neat. He could have easily left the tools where he was going to start back up the next day. 6. Constant and consistent back breaking work! I saw one short break on only a couple of days. Maybe lunch the first 2 days. Then after that, I never saw them stop working. I couldn't believe it! 7. Very friendly and professional!! 8. He only left work site to purchase supplies when I changed my mind on certain items, only to quickly return. 9. The crowning moment was when saw him arranging river rock in perfect display, as though he was a florist making an arrangement! That's paying attention to detail. 10. He willingly offered advice on other personal projects. 11. Informed us in how to care for all things. 12. A deposit is required. Then half is do upon the day the work begins. The last half when work is completed. However, there's complete trust in both parties. We knew, by observation, that he would complete the work & he knew we would pay him on time. I wish everyone had their work ethic & honest business dealings.

I am SO glad I found MJB Services. In this case, my water heater started leaking, and was getting worse by the day. It needed to be replaced asap, before it emptied the entire desert of its water supply into my house. By terrible coincidence, my handyman was on vacation, so I found someone else to replace it. Then, shortly before he was scheduled to replace the water heater, that person suddenly turned on me and became very nasty. As a result, I had to look for yet another person to do the job. So I went on Yelp and messaged a bunch of companies. And after hearing back from some, and being ignored by many others, MJB Services was the obvious stand-out for many reasons. 1. Isaac responded to my request immediately. 2. He was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. It was like talking to a buddy, and that's always a huge plus for me. 3. His pricing was the best I found. 4. He came exactly when he said he would, did everything that needed to be done, and sent me pictures when he was done, which was greatly appreciated. I am very happy with MJB Services, and would hire them to do anything on my property that needs to be done. (They can pretty much to it all.) And once again: Thank you, Isaac. You were great.

Very glad I hired Esco's, Adrian is respectful, expedient, & efficient. The only thing I would improve is the scheduling as he tended to run a bit late, but within less than an hour so not a problem. Main point is the entire property (front, back, both sides) was raked, blower swept, bagged & cleaned completely. He even took note when I made a special request for specific areas with budding plants (good attention to detail). When all done I inspected & mentioned he missed a small spot that was hidden behind bins & he immediatelty cleared it, but it was important to see his response to an unexpected request--very expedicious & courteous while others might balk or challenge homeowner. I am very satisfied with the results, and even requested he put me on a monthly maintenance plan. His price was reasonable for the value I got. I believe they will take care of this property and customize to the specific needs & concerns I have with my cats and foliage. I highly recommend this company. I will be inquiring about additional projects from them for concrete & patio work.
