I was extremely pleased with the job Rick and his crew did while trimming out many large dead branches from an old globe willow located next to our house and fence. Rick was not only professional but knowledgeable as he provided detailed feedback and answered my questions. It was also obvious that Rick's crew is well trained and work well together. Overall, Rick and his team did an excellent job of ensuring no damages to our fence and house occurred and cleaned up after the job was completed. As a retired veteran and El Paso resident who believes in supporting local business owners, I must say that I was very disappointed in the quality of the work and the extreme lack of customer service exhibited by this company. It has taken me a moment to write this review, because I fully hoped that the owner would attempt to remedy the situation and address the issues with the work that was completed. Unfortunately, my concerns were first met with rudeness and then with complete disregard. My issues included but were not limited to: 1. I was told that the new concrete work would be comparable to the existing cement lines. That was not the case. 2. Instead of taking the proper precautions to prevent damage to my existing concrete, the workers mixed the concrete directly on my existing concrete work. 3. The workers stored materials on my property while working on another property close by and left their cigarette butts discarded over my property. 4. Finally, to add insult to injury, after damaging my water hose, i was told that they needed to measure the hose for the length to make sure I was telling the truth about how long it was. I presented that and yet, it was never replaced. I'm sure the company may have done quality work with others, but EACH client/customer deserves quality work. When the customer voices concerns regarding the quality of the work and service, his/her concerns should at least be acknowledged and addressed in a respectful manner. read more

We have been struggling to find a company that would remove our tree for over 4 years. People would show up, provide a quote and never schedule the task nor respond to our calls when we attempted to call them back. Ricky and Monica of R&M came by our home and quoted us on 4/1/2023, They scheduled the work for the tree removal on 4/7/2023. They and their professional staff showed up on time, removed the tree, picked up the debris, and collected payment once the job was complete. R&M is polite, professional, and does excellent work at reasonable prices. I had two trees removed along with some tree trimming at two properties. R&M showed up on time, went right to work, and keep me abreast of the work as it was being done. I got about a dozen photos and several phone calls during the one-day job. I appreciate that because I live in another state. It is very difficult to find honest, reliable, and hardworking people to do work on my properties. I take hours to find the best and most reliable business to do work on my property because I had problems in the past. R&M kept coming up on top. I rarely do any reviews on any business. But I hope they continue doing a good job and get more posts that highlight this work. read more

Beyond excellent local business! They removed 2 huge cypress trees. Have special grinder that can go down 2-4 ft to remove tree trunks. Fantastic team workers and owner. Cleaned all debris afterwards and were very careful with pool being right there. Nothing went into neighbors yards. Answered all questions with detail. Very reasonable price. On time!
