We hired them last year and…read moreare now having sprinkler issues that should be addressed under their warranty/service commitment. We have scheduled service three separate times, with the appointments being rescheduled on their behalf, and they have failed to show up each time. For the most recent appointment, I specifically changed my work schedule and arranged to work from home so I could be available for their 9:00 a.m. appointment. By 10:30 a.m., no one had arrived and we had received no communication or update. Three missed appointments is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly rearrange their schedules only to be left waiting with no communication. Based on our experience, they have not been dependable when it comes to honoring follow-up/warranty service, and I would not recommend them.

I asked some of my neighbors for recommendations and the best one was about BC PRO. So I did some research about them and found that they're rated in the Top 10 Landscapers for El Paso. I called them and set an appointment for them to come and assess what I wanted. Now, I have to say that I thought I had some pretty good ideas, but after talking to Rob (the owner) he put mine to shame. The pool was finished two weeks later by another company, and work began on the landscaping. 4 days later I had the hard you see in the pictures. They installed a complete irrigation system, flagstone flower beds which they tailored to our want of a vegetable garden area, planted all of the trees you see, and enlarged the French Drain you see in the middle of the real Bermuda grass. It's absolutely beautiful, and their prices were lower than any other company we got an estimate from. Without a doubt, I can wholeheartedly recommend BC PRO Landscaping.

They prescribe a monthly/annual fertilizer and weeding program, and whether you get results or not, they don't assume any responsibility. I called to complain the other day and told them my lawn looks terrible, despite how much I am paying. The representative told me he'd have one of his knowledgeable workers contact me, to make an appointment and come and see what's happening. I asked him why they weren't more proactive, and let me know that whatever they're doing isn't working. Not their job, and he told me that unfortunately not all of the workers are qualified to diagnose and treat problems. Nice guy showed up today--no call or appointment--and said he recommended changing the sprinkler system and/or digging up the grass and replacing the soil. He said it was probably one of those things or the hear. Nothing definitive. I don't know what I've been paying for. Its not their services, of course, that's the issue. Must be something I'm doing, despite them never flagging this. Weeds, dry patches, yellow. Nice people, but terrible results and no accountability. I'm looking for a new service provider. I wouldn't use them.
