Jaime returned today at 7 and proceed to change out all sprinkler heads in the front yard, repair a leak close to the main valve, and replace an additional head in our side yard. By 10:30 a.m., no one had arrived and we had received no communication or update. Three missed appointments is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly rearrange their schedules only to be left waiting with no communication. Since that time I have not found a competent and truly professional landscaper to spend it on. I first made contact with BC PRO on February 24th, sent photo's, gave a description of what I wanted, and even hosted an appointment to get an estimate. Their website offered design ideas but they could not give me any due to having no design person on staff. On March 6th I got an estimate but it was sloppy and did not contain all the things I asked for so I asked for a new one. In the mean time I hired a different company to do some of the removal work I was asking them to include in the original work order. Very sloppy, very unprofessional response by them - they didn't care that they were delaying my work needs. By March 13th they still had not provided an accurate estimate and when I inquired about it, the company representative (Judy) became quite disrespectful. So much so that I cancelled my interest in their not so "professional" services. Sadly, she didn't even know what a "paver" was until I described it to her. Recommendation is to avoid these folks. They will waste your time, cannot do truly professional landscaping, know anything about patios beyond pouring concrete and pitching a few slabs of flagstone on top, and will push things you don't want on you. They may have been pretty good in the past but they have rolled very far downhill for 2021.
