My experience with FCS owner Ary has been highly unsatisfactory and raises significant concerns regarding his business practices. Prior to submitting a down payment, the owner provided excellent customer service, calling me almost everyday and willingness to speak with my HOA in regards to his project . However, this level of communication ceased immediately upon the payment's receipt. Over the course of a month, there was a complete lack of communication from the business. After I initiated contact, the owner provided three separate installation dates, each of which was missed without any prior notice or explanation. My attempts to contact the owner by phone, text, and email went unanswered. When I visited the shop in person, I was met with repeated unfulfilled promises. Ary was quick to apologize and promise prompt installation as he was caught by surprise by my visit. Ary's excuses, including weather delays and overbooked projects, appear to be a pattern of behavior, judging from similar negative reviews online. These excuses were further contradicted by my conversation with two of his employees. One employee at the front desk stated that others were also attempting to reach the owner without success, while the welder claimed no knowledge of a project matching my description. The owner's refusal to provide the agreed-upon services and his failure to respond to multiple requests for a refund are particularly troubling. This conduct could be considered a breach of contract and may violate consumer protection laws. Given the consistent lack of communication, failure to perform services, and refusal to issue a refund, I cannot recommend this business. Ary has managed to remove alll Google reviews to protect his image, by updating to the new address. Potential clients should be aware of the significant risks involved in contracting with FCS. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY We hired FCS Wrought Iron (owner: Aryan Marivani) and it's been a nightmare. On Feb 25, 2025, we paid a $3,125.50 deposit but were secretly overcharged $3,358.98 due to an undisclosed debit fee. Aryan promised a 2-3 week turnaround for gates--but constantly postponed, no-showed, and finally delivered in June, taking 2 extra weeks. Even now, caps are missing, paint is peeling, and sheet metal still hasn't been replaced. We paid $6,278.50 and were left with an incomplete job. On March 14, we gave another $1,000 for door work. He removed our perfectly fine doors on May 30, trashed them without permission, claiming "corrosion" and said he'd build new ones. The new doors installed July 3 were wrong: bad design, cheap tint, missing locks, a 1" gap, and no interior handle. On July 10, he took the doors back for fixes--but never returned. He scheduled a final install for Aug 1--no show again. Now he's ghosting texts. When we left a 1-star review, Aryan threatened to stop work unless it was deleted--clear retaliation. He's also been arrested 3 times for deceptive business practices and is being sought again. Save yourself the stress. This business is dishonest and unreliable. read more

Avoid at all costs. I hired FCS Wrought Iron in March 2025 for a privacy fence and pergola. The owner, Aryan Marivani, promised multiple installation dates that never happened. Each time, he either blamed the weather or offered another excuse, yet the work was never started. His last communication with me was July 31, 2025. Since then, I have emailed, called, and texted him with no response. We asked for proof of any product or materials that had been produced as he claims, he never provided it. It is now August 12, 2025, and there has been no communication whatsoever. He has not delivered a single thing to my house. Since then, he has removed his business from Google and continues to avoid communication. His pattern of behavior matches what others have experienced. If you've had similar issues with this business, I recommend making a report with the El Paso Police Department, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, and the District Attorney's Office, and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

We worked with FCS Wrought Iron a couple of months ago, and they had a gate done for my driveway. The thing is, I had called a couple other companies before but they either never called back or gave me crazy prices. Ary gave me a fair quote and told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. Honestly at first I didn't believe it, but they called me in near time. The Installation team were really nice and what impressed me most was when they adjusted the slope of my driveway so the gate wouldn't drag. Little stuff like that shows they care about doing it right. Would recommend 100%. read more
