When the day came to install the roof, Taylor had a big enough crew to do the entire roof in a single day. He invited me up to walk the finished job and it was flawless. The shingle lines were straight, the lap was deep, everything was caulked properly and it was done in under 8 hours. About half the roof, along with 7 skylights were damaged. The insurance adjuster just wanted to replace the damage sections but David argued that these tiles were no longer manufactured and any other tile would not match the dimensions or the color. Hence, all of the roof needed replacement. It was a 2100 sf house plus 600 sf garage that required 30 squares of concrete-based hail resistant tiles. They could not do the repair for about 4 months, so a crew was sent to tarp the roof. 4 months later they started, took about a week with an 8 man crew. Result was absolute perfection. Super teamwork and craftsmanship.
