April 22, 2026 (Monday)…read more On Thursday, April 16, 2026, I was contacted by Victor Castro of Castro Brothers Solutions as a result of my initial review that I had posted on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. He reached out because he wanted to know if there was anything that he could do to improve my rating of his business, for example the addressing of a warranted workmanship issue regarding the kitchen job that was done. He also offered his services for any additional work that I needed done in my home. I then informed him that I had noticed the kitchen wall tile sealing with the gray caulking/grouting, was cracking and breaking off as a result which he agreed to address. We subsequently made an appointment for him to come out on Friday, April 17, 2026. at 11:00 a.m. On Friday he came out and preliminarily addressed the issue which pended further follow-up. And today, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, he completed the job. Based on both reviews, I decided to change my ratings because I appreciate that Victor reached out which in turn provided him with an opportunity for professional growth. Sincerely, Evangelina Quintana

I found CR Painting by searching the BBB website. I saw other reviews and hired the company…read more(Caesar Flores) while crossing my fingers. I do not live in El Paso anymore but needed someone to paint my rental property. Caesar and his crew at CR Painting exceeded my expectations. They finished a day early and completed all of the necessary work for my home. I gave him an idea of what I wanted done to my home and he gave me a good faith estimate. He called me everyday with updates and even sent pictures to me along with the invoice over the email as requested. I felt comfortable knowing that he was taking care of my home. Even when I sent my cousin to take a look at the home and make sure everything was in order, they (homeowners too) wanted to hire him to complete some painting in their home. I would definitely recommend CR Painting to any person who feels like they need a trustworthy contractor. He is honest and does awesome work. Even though the previous reviews did not say too much, I wanted to make sure that my review outlined the level of excellent customer service that his company provided me. Especially since I do not live in the city and we had an agreement over the phone, he did everything i needed him to do and more. Please hire this company. You will not be disappointed. (Side Note: he only took care of the interior of my home. I am sure the exterior work will be just as nice when the time comes for me to get it painted)
