As we are now selling her home an inspection showed they did not do some work properly including placing storm collars on 3 flues and tar/seal of cracks around other penetrations. He tried to tell me the collars blew off with the wind! They should be installed so they don't blow off in less than 2 years time. He wanted $150 to come out to do an estimate and said work is not warranted. DO NOT believe his website. There is no guarantee with this man. Not even less than 2 year guarantee. It beautifully matches the Victorian look of the safety railings he designed and installed to our front porch. This easy to climb, well-lit staircase replaced a huge, decaying wood staircase that blocked two windows and was poorly lit. Not only is the staircase exactly right to give us more garden space, but the "boing" of walking daily up and down the stair steps (which have holes to prevent icy spots) has improved my bad knee. That was quite unexpected. Much better than the concrete steps I originally wanted. Thanks to Hugo!

A Mountain Roofing completely honored our roof warranty by coming right back out and fixing a lingering leak with absolutely zero hassle! We are officially leak-free and absolutely thrilled with their stellar customer service!

So the previous owner had A Mountain Roofing come out to do maintenance / repairs and the repairs that were supposed to be guaranteed! I can only imagine what the previous owner paid for said work. We had a leak so we contacted A Mountain Roofing. Name withheld came out to inspect their work / the drain and roof. He said that the pipe in the roof was cracked! Then proceeded to tell me that the roof needed OVER $20k in maintenance / repairs! The same person also told me that to fix the leak would be over $1,100.00 to repair and another $400.00 for drywall. We called another company and they came out then pulled the cover and inspected the drain. They asked to use the garden hose to run water in the drain just past where the roof meets the drain. They ran water for approximately 10 minutes with no leaking. And said that they would send a crew out to re-coat the inlet to the drain. Then that night we got rain and NO LEAKS. I then contacted the A Mountain employee and said that he was wrong and the issue was the coating around the inlet of the drain. He then accuse me of lying to him. Why would I lie to him? I just wanted the leak / drain fixed The company that fixed the leak charged $250.00 and asked if I knew the paint code or color so they could texture and paint. I told them I have paint and needed to do some touching up I will take care of that. Remember the quote from A Mountain of OVER $1,500.00 and that didn't include painting where the leak caused the paint to fall off. My worthless .02 cents is go ANYWHERE but A Mountain Roofing for roofing‼ The A Mountain employee was a smooth talker and a SALESMAN and could have cared less about the situation that should have been his responsibility! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not only were they the lowest bid out of three we looked at but I was impressed with their professionalism the minute I met them. They also have a network of equally capable people that do specialized work, as we had the very nice and perfectionist Marcus remove our wallpaper on a 25 year old house, and Joe came in to help paint the baseboards and trim so they could finish faster. Robert was spot on on his bid and time to do the job. We added additional work that gave it one more day on the job. I also would like to add how flexible they were, always available to you for any concern, and it was addressed politely and timely. What other positive things can I say? They always worked very well as a team, with others or just the two of them, cleaned up our home spic and span short of cleaning our windows!, and were just very pleasant to have in our home! Thank you!!
