They have been nothing but problems, of course we paid them the initial payment and now 3 months later we still do not have completed doors. They come out and work like heck, leave the work uncompleted, saying they would be back on Monday (which Monday I'm not sure) and it has now been 3 weeks and no finished job. We have one door we can use but must be careful using and the other door we were told not to touch or open for any reason, We have called almost daily without a response. So before you use them think very carefully.

These guys pick up the phone and make time for you. I don't give out 5 stars lightly. These guys earned every star. We had an old garage door and opener that needed replacing. I shopped 4 places with good ratings on yelp and google reviews. These guys answered phone calls and text every single time. One of the others returned a call but there was a lot of phone tag and poor product knowledge. The other two never responded to our voice message. We asked JJ Garage Doors many questions and they were very polite and patient. Plus they had the answers. If they weren't sure about something they looked into it and followed up the same day. The price was fair and consistent for the market. Above all, they are VERY accomodating and did the job right. I highly recommend JJ Garage doors.

Communication was great, and he provided a free consultation and quote with absolutely no pressure to move forward. He even told us that we didn't necessarily need to use his services, which I really appreciated! Rather than pushing one expensive solution, he took the time to assess our situation and walk us through several options. He asked thoughtful questions, including whether we owned the home and whether our priority was saving money or investing in something that would last long-term. I really appreciated that he considered our specific needs and budget instead of just trying to make a sale. He was also extremely punctual, professional, and efficient. Once we decided to move forward, he completed the work so quickly, and my garage door finally works again! Another nice touch was the flexibility in payment methods, which made the entire process even more convenient. It's refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely interested in helping customers make the best decision for their situation. I never felt pressured or upsold, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!
