Went for what was supposed to be a nice meal with my wife and daughter to being asked to leave with my wife and daughters food in a to go bag. We ordered our food. Two burger meals and fish and chips for myself. About 10 minutes later we could see our food under the heat lamps. Clearly from our vantage point. Waiting and waiting and waiting for our server to bring it. After another 10 to 12 minutes under the heat lamps it finally arrives. This after witnessing our waitress at several different locations in the restaurant chatting it up with all the time in the world while our sits there. My wife and daughters burgers had all the pickle juice soaked into them. My wife's and I coalslaw smelled and tasted like sour milk. We asked for new bun tops and replacement mayonnaise which had also gone bad under the heat lamp. We complained as anyone would especially since we saw the food sitting there and timed it. The waitress stood there dumbfounded without any explanation , Clearly very inexperienced, not knowing what to do other than remake the entire burgers which she promptly left to do. We would have been satisfied with new burger tops and fresh , cool condiments. After another 10 minutes of waiting we received the new food in a to go bag and told our bills were taken care of and told , not asked, told to leave as our complaint was unappreciated an unacceptable behavior. Wow. Wow. Very dismal customer service. Very inadequate training of the staff. Extremely disappointing to be treated this way. What happened to customer service and the customer is always right ? Turns out our food was sitting so long due to a problem with 2 of 3 of my fish pieces. Instead of asking if we would prefer our meals now and wait for replacement fish or any other number of options our waitress chose to leave all our food go bad under the heat lamps. And for this we are presented with a to go bag while I am forced to gulp down a meal Very much looked forward to by myself. White Spot is very disappointing. It's a shame because it is a BC favourite. I have to say service has gone way downhill with prices of going so high sadly. My husband and I went to the AlderGrove location today. We waited to be seated without being acknowledged. Three staff members went by with no exclamation as to why we were not being seated. We did get seated it took 20 minutes to take our order or even acknowledge us again I noticed the prices $17 - $20 For a burger and fries it's a little out rages and understandable during all the shut downs. Our food came promptly but we had no cutlery or napkins. Are young server thought this was funny. The staff was commenting on how it's a good time to come in it's not that busy and how they couldn't wait to get home and have a little fun. We didn't mention it to the server or management but I won't be in coming back ! I wonder if White Spot will be the next business to fail in BC read more

We held a surprise baby shower at this white spot. They have a private dinig area that sits 50 people. It was very cozy with big leather chairs and a firplace. There was also a full bar. We had a buffet and one area next to the bar was set up for food and the other area sat all of our guest. The staff was on top of everything, and made sure everything went very smoothly. We had no problems and we had an excellent time. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs an area like this for a private function. We some appies for the buffet and later brought out dinner. Since we are an indian family, we were able to have pakoras ( an indian food) made. There was an indian cook who worked at the white spot so our guests were very pleased about that. There was also yam fries, veggie lasagna, chicken, cesear salad, fruits and veggies. Very good restaurant if you are staying at the hotel next door. Very affordable and high quality food!!! They give you 10%off if you are staying the Best Western nearby. Yummy food, I ordered food for my two children and they served their food in a pirate ship. It was so amazing. read more

Giving one star only because no stars won't allow me to post. Disappointed once again, for the last time! We won't be going back to this location. We live in the area and we know it gets busy so tonight, we made sure to go a bit early to beat the rush. We were sat at table #55 at 5:45 pm. Our orders were taken promptly and our drinks were brought to the table within approx 7 min, and at that time we ordered our meals. My husband ordered his usual, Double double and I ordered the Beyond Meat Avocado Burger. We noticed the table next to us, who were seated after us were served their meals so we anticipated ours would arrive soon after. Not so. The time was 6:20 pm. We finally called our server over to see how much longer it would be. He came back and apologized for the delay and we were told it wouldn't be much longer. My husband said we would wait until 6:30 and if it wasn't served by then, we would be leaving. The server said that's fair. 6:30 came, no sign of our order, so we left. I wouldn't normally complain, because sometimes things happen. However, this is the third time this has happened to us at this location. The first time it happened, we were seated at that very same table! The second time it happened, we were seated in the lounge where they forgot about us. This is the first time we have ever walked out and we will NOT be coming back. read more

Nothing about this place is good. Not the food, not the service - nothing. We have yet to go into the Aldergrove Whitespot without having either a rude server or disgusting food. One visit we had there, we had someone at the table with a severe sea food allergy, Guess what was in her fries? A piece of calamari! Another visit we had beef dips come out that were filled with gross fat pieces and tough gristle. I don't mean a mean little chunks, the whole sandwich was full of it. Oh, and don't even TRY to order take out, they cannot seem to figure that one out at all!!! These people have a complete disregard for what good customer service is, their management abilities must be lacking. I would never recommend this place to anyone, drive the extra 20 minutes to Langley or Abbotsford if you are crazy that triple O sauce! You will be glad you did! read more
