I had a broken sliding side door on my minivan. The cable is out. They told me they could fix it but they don't do this repair often and it would take all day. They recommended me to an auto body place that does this stuff all the time and it would cost less. Second of all, they are more than fair and honest. I got a fix-it ticket for a non-functioning brake light. I brought it in to them and they just charged me for the bulb. They could have charged me much more for labor. Finally, they are nice. When you go there, you can't help but have a nice conversation with Louis. He's personable and talkative. So if you are in a hurry, just let him know. So to sum up: I have never had a bad experience here, I have never felt cheated or overcharged, and I have always felt comfortable and important. I highly recommend these guys. They are awesome!

I brought the car in for its annual servicing and in addition to the excellent servicing, they outlined all the future red flags for my car, and then didn't try to sell me anything. It was just, "So you're aware, here's some stuff to keep an eye on that will probably need to happen eventually." I suspected my battery was in bad shape, which they confirmed (they had double checked it without me even mentioning it), and then gave me an estimate of how much longer I could go safely on the current battery. I do recommend making an appointment. They work quite fast, but they are very popular, for obvious reasons. Still, I told them I needed my car by 4 to pick up my son, and they had it done well before then. The guys are lovely to talk to, friendly and funny, and they do great work.

You agreed to have my Sienna front panel and bumper ready Thursday noon after I left it with you Tuesday morning. This was short notice and your compliance was above and beyond. Your son was kind enough to bring me to Dave's Shell so I could pick up a 2 day rental at 10:30. My Sienna was ready as promised on Thursday. The repair was perfect - like the accident never even happened - and in addition, all scratches not part of the job on the van on the side and back were taken out without charge and without even saying so. Wow. Again your son followed me to return the rental at 1:00 pm. Avis announced that they were going to charge me a full day $140 extra for being 2 hours late. The 2 day had cost $90. When I objected Avis would not back down, Dave told them to do an early return at 10:30. When I thanked him Dave said he did it out of respect for Matty and Sal. Double wow.
