Stopped by White Noise for a matcha latte, and it was a great find! The matcha was earthy, smooth, and really flavorful. I ordered it half sweet, and it was the perfect balance for me. Also got their scone - super delicious! The staff were friendly, and they have plenty of seating, a bathroom, and a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great spot to get some work done or just hang out for a while. read more

Can't wait to try the mushrooms creamy pasta, but the chai and cherry scone are very delish! The staff also are very kind. There was a rude customer that got their latte, waited 5 min and then came back up to the counter saying they didn't like what they received, and they got offered a free drink to make up for it. They just walked away. I hate when people are rude, and this small business seems like they're trying their best - and their best is very good. So they get 5 stars from me read more

This is a really nice, relaxing spot in downtown Brooklyn. Their lattes are super good--nothing crazy flavor-wise, but simple and done well. I've tried a few things from their menu over time, and overall it's a solid place. The chocolate scone is so good--buttery, fresh, and honestly one of my favorites. Their French toast is huge and definitely unique. It tastes good, but it's a little hard to eat and slightly dry on the inside. My favorite item was the egg and cheese sandwich--so creamy and cheesy, just really satisfying. Only downside is there was a bit too much egg, so it was kind of falling out while eating. The shakshuka was just okay for me--too saucy and a bit messy, not something I'd go back for. read more

Stopped by earlier this morning, definitely a cute cafe and I should be used to the prices (being from SF) but the matcha needs to be good to justify the steep prices you know? The matcha was not mixed and then even after stirring and mixing it was somehow watery and missing depth, it tasted like whole milk exclusively... my Iced Oat Vanilla Bean Latte was better but also at the price it was a little hard to defend. I did really enjoy the Bacon Egg and Cheese, very tasty and it came with a small salad which was nice but also pricey. It's convenient if you're in the area but not necessarily the most cost effective... read more

Great coffee, smoothie was less desirable. It's so hot and was so excited for this but it wasn't blended which is less to be desired. Food looks good -- maybe just ordered wrong. Cute spot and local beans! Nice staff and quick service. read more

This is really a review JUST for the Lattes and the coffee beans - I didn't try anything else. Lattes - absolutely great. Balanced, with a natural sweetness from the milk. Perfectly steamed milk, that just let the notes from the beans cut through. I also picked up a bag of the beans. Not cheap (especially when you accidentally tip on them) - but really good. l got a fruity colombian coffee that was not easy to dial in, but once I did, the sour notes come through in a way that is really pleasant, and very different from the taste of under extraction. The staff was really friendly. When I asked for mine to be made with equal parts espresso and hot water (when I'm getting over a cold, the dilution helps me enjoy it more), the did the water first, then poured the espresso over it, and even commented when I said "sorry if this is weird" - "Not at all - we like customers who know exactly what they want". Orders came out fast both times. The second time they did forget one part of my order - but I had ordered a hot chocolate split into two cups for my kids (which they actually split) along with 3 lattes for the grownups, and that messed up their count as they handed the drinks. They were apologetic (after verifying I ordered what I said I had) and got my drink right away. The atmosphere is bright and utilitarian. If it wasn't bustling, I would call it stark, but the open feeling coming off of noisy streets is honestly really nice. There was an open table both times I came in (weekdays between 9 and 10 am). Prices were par for the course in the north east, and lower than I expected being in Brooklyn. read more

I saw White Noise Coffee while staying nearby, and I'm glad I decided to pop in! The café caught my attention because it was consistently busy, which is usually a good sign. I ordered a Matcha Latte with oat milk, and it was great. The matcha was super concentrated with a rich, nutty flavor and had that slightly grainy, authentic texture that I appreciate. It tasted high quality and balanced, not overly sweet, just smooth and earthy in the smoothest way. The café itself is cozy with a modern yet inviting vibe that makes it a great spot to grab-n-go or catch up with friends. Service was quick and efficient; my drink was ready within minutes, even with the steady flow of customers. read more

Came here since it was the closest coffee shop to my hotel, and I have to say, I was pleasantly impressed! The interior design felt warm and homey, and I really loved the overall vibe. I ended up coming back multiple times throughout my stay in Brooklyn. I tried the cold brew with oat milk, a matcha latte, and a croissant. Both drinks were among the best I had during my trip to NYC, the cold brew had a bold, smooth coffee flavor, and the matcha wasn't watered down (major kudos for that!). The croissant was flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of indulgent. Definitely a spot worth revisiting. read more

Loved this place. It was right around the corner from our hotel, so that was very convenient. I got an iced Candied Caramel Latte and it was delicious! I've never had a latte that tasted like this before. My husband got a London Fog and liked it as well. And my mom got a drip coffee. I wish they had larger sizes, especially for the drip coffee. The inside was really cute with a ton of seating. The employees were friendly and the service was quick! read more

In town for an event and enjoyed White Noise Coffee twice! Great lattes and mocha. Eggs Benedict were delicious. Friendly staff as well.

Great place to study or even have a virtual meeting. The menu is very diverse- from snacking food like the picture progressing to pasta- the coffee was so good smooth and the barista really listen to me! The dinning area was nice but I felt like the tables were close together. It was slightly easy to move a table over. I did not check for outlets so that's my fault. Overall the service was great, the food and coffee was good, and adequate seating. read more

Here for a short review of the delicious black coffee we picked up on a jaunt through Brooklyn, but also of the incredible staff at this shop. Honestly, my honey and I were in dire need of a bathroom (TMI) walking through the city and stumbled upon this coffee shop. We were in the market for a caffeine bump, which worked out, but the line was long and our bladders were priority. The high school aged kid at the counter kindly gave us the code, and when we followed up with our humble order, said "no worries guys you don't need to buy anything, just go ahead." Well, the coffee was delicious and the bathroom was clean so here I am giving them their flowers as a positive New York experience. read more

Great coffee shop on the cusp of cobble hill but located in bustling DT Bklyn. Food looks sooo good. Especially the French toast. I got a plain cold brew which did the trick. Strawberry matcha and berry french toast are done so right here! Those are two of my favorites and I can't recommend them enough. My daughter absolutely loved the french toast as well. My second favorite was the short rib ragu... plentiful and delicious. Then the egg sandwich which was super fluffy and similar to a Korean eggo sandwich. I wish there were non-pork options to add onto the sandwich though such as turkey bacon or beef bacon. Hoping that may be added onto their menu later on down the road. The smoked salmon eggs benedict wasn't my favorite -- I did love the option of pouring on your own hollandaise sauce. But the smoked salmon was not the way I preferred. I guess I wish it was harder rather than mushy. Otherwise, it was a great idea; just not executed in the way that I prefer. The tiramisu smoothie is bitter without sugar so if you don't like that... make sure you add sugar. They did warn me ahead of time which I appreciated. Service was pretty fast and everyone at the counter was helpful as well. The attention to detail for every dish was noticed. The presentation was gorgeous and I love how every picture I took came out fabulous because of that. The vibe of the cafe is very chill. The decor is modern and sleek. I love the stainless steel furniture pieces. If you're thinking of stopping in, absolutely do... make sure you get that strawberry matcha! read more

I read the reviews, so I listened to wisdom. The lavender matcha is the best matcha I've had, and I'm a matcha girl, ok? And because the reviews were mixed on the food, I decided to order the breakfast platter because you can't really mess up breakfast... ...and they didn't mess it up. Came out pretty, pretty, pretty good. Love the ambiance. Excellent service. Yet another coffee shop to add to my routine. read more

Came here on a Sunday for some coffee around noon. There were a good amount of customers inside enjoying drinks and brunch. My friends and I got 5 drinks and it came out quickly. Matcha yuzu slush - flavorful and strong yuzu flavor. Very refreshing and perfect for the summer Lavender matcha - lavender taste was subtle and not overpowering which I liked. Not too sweet but I personally think I would've liked it a tad sweeter. Caramel latte - nice caramel flavor, not too sweet like the matcha latte but if you prefer sweeter, you could probably ask for some more sweetener. Oat milk latte - pretty standard and good espresso to milk ratio. Fruit tonic - strawberry flavored and very fizzy and refreshing. Also perfect for summer and a great option if you don't want something caffeinated. I enjoyed this a lot more than I expected. Matcha muffin - okay, a bit dense and the icing on top made it really sticky. I think there were some raspberries maybe also baked in but barely any. Wouldn't get this again. Overall pretty good cafe and I'd come back to try more lattes and the fruit tonic! read more

Coffee is always great. And the staff are lovely people. Always nice to go to a place where everyone knows your name.

price - $14 with tax food - 3/5 service - 3/5 ambiance - 2/5 overall, it was an okay experience. i went during the winter time and it was SOOOOOO COLD. i thought they would turn on the heater because it was less than 10 degrees outside but they didnt. i came here to study because of the nice interior design and because the cafe is pretty cheap but since it was so cold, i couldnt stay. either than that the drinks were okay. there wasnt anything too special about it. i just expected the cups to be slightly bigger because of the price of the 2 drinks combined. the service was okay because there wasnt too much enthusiasm but thats alright. i would suggest going here when its warmer, but if you decide to go here in the cold, then i do not recommend staying read more

Perfect place for overpriced flavorless coffee. It's mostly tourists because no local would rerun.

I tried the candied caramel iced latte and the vanilla bean iced latte. Both were delicious, but thr candied caramel was definitely my favorite. The coffee was made perfectly, I didn't have to add sugar or anything. The other menu items offered were quite unique as well, there was a jaggery item. Service was quick despite the high volume of orders, and the baristas were really affable as well. The cafe has a lot of seating , and the window decor definitely draws you in with its message Will definitely be stopping back in to try their other lattes when I'm in the area read more

Cute cafe with a ton of breakfast selection from sweet cross aunts to breakfast classic such as French toast, bacon egg and cheese sandwich, breakfast burrito and sandwiches ready to make. Their coffee specialty selection is great from lavender to candied caramel. It is a bit pricey for the food items but it's something we can come to expect now. The ambiance is more metal and dark colors giving it a nice sort of punk feel. Definitely will come more often. read more

Their staff are very friendly and pour insanely beautiful latte art. Hands down the best latte art I've seen in NYC. ＊Shakshukjang** Shakshuka with a korean spin. It is spiced with korean gochujang. The brunch was very filling even it only contains red bell peppers, cheese and egg. The toasted thin sourdough on the side is perfectly crisped with olive oil drizzle. Will 100% order this dish next time. ＊Hummus w. Roasted Mushrooms** The mushrooms are well seasoned and blend with the hummus well. It is also served with four to five toasted sourdough on the side. I would like it a bit more if the hummus was smoother. ＊Avocado Toast ＊Omelette w. Mushroom and Goat Cheese Beautiful plating. I didn't try but my fam enjoyed them. ****Get 10% off if you check in on Yelp! read more

The space is big and bright with ample seating and natural lighting, but like some reviews note it is chaotic. Some tables are wobbly, and people leave behind their trash instead of putting it away and staff are slow to clean tables. Had a lavender matcha here, which was good but for $8 I was expecting a larger size than 12-14oz. Also had a breakfast burrito which was very okay and had no flavor (no salt/pepper), you really need to use the sauces they provide. I wonder if the kitchen has poor ventilation because the whole place smells like eggs and breakfast foods, which can get overwhelming. They also sell Tom and Jerry figurines and possibly fake? I've visited white noise a few times before but I stopped in recently because I saw a video on tiktok that this cafe now serves korean style pasta dishes so I was intrigued. I visited on a weekday afternoon and they said they only serve pasta Friday - Sunday but that's not indicated on the menu anywhere. Instead, we tried the french toast and the shakshuka. The shakshuka was just ok - the bread that was served with it didn't have the structural integrity to dip into the shakshuka and there was only 1 egg in the whole dish. The french toast was definitely the highlight of my visit. It is a super thick cut milk bread dipped in custard and topped with plenty of fruit. It's sweet and well balanced. I definitely recommend the french toast here! We had to ask multiple times to have the dishes cleared off our table but the french toast makes up for it! read more
