It is fast casual style, so you walk down the line choosing what you want and then pay at the register. I honestly had no idea that was how it worked before, so I was prepared to wait a while. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient everything was. I was in and out much faster than expected. While putting my order together, the man helping me handed me a sample rib over the counter. I am a very socially awkward person and do not handle unexpected moments very gracefully, so I probably reacted a little awkwardly. That part was on me. The rib was GOOD though. He was very kind about my reaction and even handed me a napkin. The whole staff was friendly, asking how my week was going and checking in to make sure everyone was happy. Even though it was busy, they clearly care about customer service. The food was great. The garlic and green onion sausage had so much flavor, and the bananamisu was the perfect sweet finish. I originally went in hoping to order the BBQ oxtail, but they were sold out within two hours of opening, which honestly says a lot about how good they must be. I had also gone the day before around 7 PM and they had already closed because they were sold out for the day. Just a heads up that they do close early if they run out of food. I popped it open in the car and was amazed at the pure size and amount of meat. The smell was glorious with steam waffling above. The bread was fresh and authentic to Philly. The only thing left was a bite and it did not disappoint one bit, just wowzers! It was good enough to return prior to writing a review. The customer serves him orders but only when he wants you to. He'll ignore you as if you're invisible until you say something and then he will have a smart a$$ reply for you. I wouldn't have a clue how the food is because I walked away. As you can see from the reviews, Ronaldo and his crew aren't too popular. The only thing Ronaldo has to offer is that he takes up space in an already CF'd parking lot. Do yourself a huge favor... save yourself a long wait and go someplace else. I would rather have terrible food from any place else then give Ronaldo a dime of my money for his attitude and long waits.
