When my girlfriend said something about it, the waiter said, he said outright " I never heard her say not to order them, she never said anything, and they are out right now". No apology, no I'll go ahead and fix that...nothing. When we we on the way out, we talked to the owner about the experience and the only thing he mentioned was that, the server was new and it's hard to find good employees because they revolve so quickly. I then called the order in a few minutes later. Apparently the order did go through and when my husband went to pick it up, he was charged a second time for the phone order. They would not refund him so we got charged twice for their error. We did get the food twice, but this shouldn't have happened as the website said there was an error. We also didn't get our fortune cookies..in either bag..so no fortunes for us I guess. We've come here a lot over the years, but unfortunately this will be our last time as they refused to correct the situation before my husband left.
