You will find them popped up around Virginia Beach 757 area like I did. They offer a food truck as well. I had been searching for a while and was thrilled to finally catch up with them. I tried two different dishes. Mr. Unagi and SayNoelmore. Both were superb. Also super owners that came over to chat me up, Super guys, I think they may be brothers. Follow them on their social media platform for their schedule.

My employer has the Vang's food truck come on site for lunch sometimes. I've yet to submit a review, and always check to see how I thought the food was. It's crazy that I am coming to the realization that the food, just isn't memorable. Its not terrible, and not spectacular, it's "ok". Today I got: Cucumber salad, fried rice and, spicy crab roll. Cucumber salad: NOT.. sorry not sorry. This is sliced cucumber with a splash of vinegar and a handful of sesame seeds. There was little to no flavor at all. I added soy sauce to give it something, but it just wasn't that great. Fried rice: Was interesting! there was chunks of ground beef, green onions, peas & carrots. Looked very promising, but lacked flavor. It seemed oily because of the beef, but the rice itself was a little dry. Peas & carrots seemed old. Spicy crab roll: Stick to what you know. This roll never disappoints, I just wish the pieces were bigger. I taste mostly siracha, again it could use more flavor. I will be sticking with the sushi from now on.

So I've been following them around for a while now and was so happy to hear they were at Vibrant Shore Brewing on the oceanfront. It was a beautiful Friday evening, hubby and the little one were with me. I decided to get the Great Bambino. Hubby ordered a cucumber salad and the Marty McFly. The Bambino was delicious! I chose this roll because I saw chili and garlic oil. I was hoping for a bit more punch with the spice but it was still yummy. Of course, I tasted hubby's and it was also very yummy! The cucumber salad could have used a bit more rice wine vinegar but other than that it was wonderful. The rolls were a bit pricey compared to others, but I will definitely come back soon to try other items on the menu.

If you're craving sushi do yourself a favor and check out Vang's Sushi, you won't regret it!! I would rate them 10 stars if I could, they are that good! We've had the pleasure of eating Vang's a few times now. We've caught them at Commonwealth Brewing in Virginia Beach and COVA in Norfolk. They are great at keeping their social media updated with their weekly schedule which I really appreciate. I've found the best way to keep up with them is through Instagram. Their sushi is so fresh and the portions are a good size. And that FRIED RICE!! We tend to over eat because my husband and I have to each get a roll and then get the fried rice to split. My favorite roll has been the Sunny D which had shrimp tempura, crab salad, mango, salmon, avocado, wasabi Mayo, eel sauce, scallions, masago and sesame seeds. I was a little disappointed when they didn't have it during our last visit, but I'm sure that was only the case to make room for new tasty rolls! Their menu seems to rotate so if you see something you want to try on their social media, RUN! We love Vang's and I know we aren't the only ones. When Vang's is at a brewery, the brewery seems to be much busier than usual. We highly recommend!!

I believe this was their first time in Suffolk so when my husband found out that they were going to be here on Sunday he already planned for our dinner to take place here. We arrived a little after 2:00 p.m. and there was a line already but needless to say the line moves swiftly. We ordered our Combos and waited about 15 minutes maybe less for our food. I believe everything is cooked to order. Our food was packaged very well!! I would like to think... packaged with love as you can see one of the pictures I did get a snap. The customer service was spot on...we were greeted we were thanked...service with a smile that's already five stars out of five stars in my opinion. We didn't eat our food until we got home ...my husband had the orange chicken along with the pancit and some chicken skewers that he added to his combo and I had the pancit along with the chicken skewers. Everything was awesome!! A lot of pancit came in that combo and I had no business eating it all in one sitting but I did. Again Super Fresh and not to the point where I was regretting eating a whole tray of pancit. If you have not tried this food truck definitely put it on your radar. I tried it a few years ago and some of the items I didn't care for so it's up to you to try at your own risk but I highly recommend the pancit and the orange chicken. I believe they're going to have Suffolk on their rotation going forward so look out for them if you're going to be in the area or just go to their Facebook page and check out where they're going to be next! Have fun and enjoy life :)

We ordered via text, trying to get in before everyone else, but we still missed out on the veggie lumpia!!! The portions are huge. Remember that the pancit and veggies are the star of the plate, so don't be disappointed with the amount of chicken (I have friends from the Phillipines). I had pancit with leftover sausage the next day. They are very pleasant and my husband said they were very nice when he picked it all up from the truck in the pouring rain.

Their food is out of this world heavenly. My personal fav is the Korean BBQ bowl! That fried egg on top is The Lumpia is also cooked perfectly and delicious with their dipping sauce. Don't even get me started on the funnel cake fries though. Highly recommend LuvABowls. Not only is their food amazing but the owners and staff are incredibly kind people! 12/10!

When I opened it I thought they gave it to me by mistake because it looked like someone already ate it (no I haven't touched it yet in this picture!). We went back to the food truck to ask if this was a mistake and they said no. The dish was supposed to come with an egg too but they ran out and still charged full price. The food was cold and overall just ok. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. The rest of their food items on the menu sounded good, but if they are anything like the portion we got in this picture, I'm not sure I'd want to spend my money to try the others. The flavor was ok but would have been more enjoyable if they warmed the food and gave us a little bit more. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the food truck but it's green with king Neptune on it. Cute, but I hoped a bit more from this place.

That being said, I ordered from Sushi Vice. I'm not hating it. Before I placed my order with DoorDash, I actually called the restaurant and requested that they include cups of soy sauce and chopsticks, etc., because I was staying in the hotel. I only did this because if you order off DoorDash's menu, you cannot include Notes to the restaurant. It's ridiculous. With all that being said, I could not believe it when my order arrived it was exactly as I requested. It's not really a sushi joint. It's more of an Asian fusion type place and they have a very limited menu, but what they do have is very, very good. I highly recommend trying that beef fried rice thing. I've included a picture of it. It was freaking awesome. You won't be disappointed, but I would strongly suggest going to the restaurant and you'll probably even have a better meal. The next time I'm in Virginia Beach, which is quite often I'll probably just drop in to the restaurant myself.

The dining area inside is small, but it can still accommodate maybe one big group. There's also outdoor seating available. We came for an early dinner on a weekday, and it started getting busy pretty quickly. They were able to accommodate our large party inside since we had little kids with us, though we did have to split into two tables. Since we had small kids, the menu doesn't really cater much to them aside from the fried rice, but they were able to make a non-spicy version upon request. I did expect the food to be a bit larger for the price and portion size, so that was a little disappointing. The kids, however, enjoyed the fried rice, and you really can't go wrong with the drinks. Our tab came out to a little over $340. Overall, this place was just okay for us.
