I spoke with Sam from White Eagle Locksmith on the phone to see if they could rekey my locks. He asked me what brand my locks were and how many I needed rekeyed. He quoted me the price over the phone, and informed me that rekeying comes with 2 keys included in the price. Each additional key was around $1.50 extra per key. Once I said OK, Sam arrived at my door 15 minutes later. He was very pleasant, polite, and an efficient worker. The whole process took around 25 minutes: to remove 4 locks, rekey them, put them back, and provide me with keys. Sam asked that I contact him if I experience any issues, so he could return to resolve them. That was on 01/10. Today is 01/22 and I have had absolutely no issues! All of the keys work well, and my whole family feels safer thanks to Sam at White Eagle Locksmith. Thank you SO much! White Eagle came through (again) when I needed them the most! It's two days before Thanksgiving, and I have to drive to Arizona in the morning. The problem?
