Sam was amazing and did a great job, after fixing a few things my house I decided to have a good locks on my house doors, call the few places to get a quote and to be honest I got confused, one business recommend one lock second business recommend a different one the third said "there is many locks in the market depends which one do you want" since I've know nothing about locks it was hard for me to understand and I didn't know what decide until I called WHITE EAGLE LOCKSMITH. Sam was very nice and patient over the phone, he answer all my questions and tried to explain to me the the differences between regular lock and high security lock, after a few minutes of conversation he ask me if I want to make an appointment with him so he can come to my house to give me a free estimate and show me a few options. Sam arrived on time he introduced himself and was very sweet, I told him I want to have good locks he showed me a few options and recommend the the high security multi lock. I'm so happy I found Sam on Yelp, he was prompt to the appointment and was ready to work. He installed 3 high security multi lock deadbolts on 3 doors in my house and his work was very quick and  thorough. I honestly recommend White Eagle Locksmith to anyone who needs locksmith services and I definitely refer him to my friends and family. THANK YOU SAM. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sam, the owner of White Eagle Locksmith. I was dealing with what appeared to be a defective doorknob and, before I contacted my property management company, Sam went completely out of his way to come to my home personally and take a look at it for me. He took the time to check the doorknob and make sure I understood what was going on so I could address the issue properly with management. He certainly didn't have to go out of his way to do this, and I truly appreciated his kindness, honesty, and willingness to help. It is rare to find this level of personal care and customer service these days. Sam genuinely cares about his customers, and that really shows. I would highly recommend White Eagle Locksmith to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and exceptionally helpful. Thank you so much, Sam, for going above and beyond! Teri read more

Always fast and reliable, Sam has saved me from being locked out twice now. The first time was at 4am, and he was the only locksmith willing to make a house call. Not only that, he arrived in good spirits and didn't seemed bothered that it was the middle of the night. The prices are a bit expensive (especially at 4am, but also at 5:30pm on a Thursday), but his expertise is worth the price. Punctual (assured me 30 minutes, even in rush hour traffic coming from Sherman Oaks to Brentwood), no damage to my door either time, friendly with my roommate, and gets along with my dog- definitely nice qualities if you're going to have a stranger in your home. Locking yourself out can seem like it's going it ruin your whole day, but do yourself a favor and store Sam's number in your phone or another easily accessible place- you never know when you might need it! read more

Scene: Saturday morning, hungover, 1st week in the new apartment, lady out of town on business. The pup is barking at me to take him out on a walk as it had been 12+ hours since his last leg lift... I grab the leash and the wrong set of keys... Once realizing that entry was no longer possible, I call my property manager who sends me Sam's contact information. Within 30 minutes, Sam is at my doorstep. Professional, FAST, friendly, and all other things you can wish for in a locksmith. He was in the door in minutes & patiently waited while I located my wallet - which was lost from the debauchery that occurred the evening before. Thanks so much Sam - I'm saving your number in my list of contacts w/o a doubt. read more

Thank you Yelp for helping me find a great locksmith. We locked ourselves out of our car and Sam (who picked up the phone) gave us a detailed quote and answered all our questions for a bunch of different scenarios. But like all the other reviews, the real great thing about this guy is their prompt service. I expected to wait at least a few hours but Sam told me he could be there within 1 hour. 30 minutes later, Sam called and had arrived to help us get into our car. He made us new keys on the spot and everything was taken care of within 15 minutes. Excellent service. If I ever have a car issue again (and I hope I don't), I'd def. call White Eagle Locksmith. read more

When I accidentally locked myself out of my house, I turned to yelp and found Sam from White Eagle Locksmith. He was super nice on the phone when I told him what happened and gave me a time frame of when he could arrive. He was really easy to work with and even corresponded with me through text message. The best part was he literally came to my rescue much faster than what he originallly mentioned! He was really nice upon arrival and was really helpful! Although my lock was a little harder to get open, he was calm and patient, and still made sure everything was ok and if I needed anything else after he go it open. Very nice and super reliable! Thanks! read more

I called Sam to re-key my G35 because my keys had been stolen and even though he was busy he showed the same day. He was honest about his availability and communicative until he showed. Once he arrived he worked efficiently but still took the time to explain everything he was doing, including other options, and he answered all the questions I had. I learned a lot about locks and physical security in the time he spent with me. He also performed additional work for me that wasn't planned with the same skill and efficiency. I highly recommend White Eagle Locksmith to anyone who needs an expert locksmith. read more

After a 9 hour flight I returned home to realize I didn't have my keys on me. It was 1am and I had no way to get in my apartment. I randomly found Sam online without reading any reviews. I guess I got lucky. He came right over. He was extremely sweet, understanding and well priced. I did call one place before him and they were short, annoyed and wanted double of what he charged me. His presence and service added appreciation to my night instead of complaint or defeat. I also felt very safe with him which is important when you live alone. Overall, the customer service and price = EXCELLENCE. read more

Sam provided excellent customer service. I had a complicated security Key and was unable to find the menu facture after doing an extensive online search. He was able to find a dealer that could make additional copies for me in no time! If that were not enough, he actually came to my house to pick up my key and the security key card, Took them to make the copies, and delivered everything back to me the next day. The prices were very reasonable as well, and actually on the low side if you consider this level of customer service he provided. I would highly recommend!! read more

The Yelp reviews about Sam don't lie...he is the real deal! Sam is honest, on time, polite, and very fair. We had Sam come to our business to change out and re-key several locks. We changed things up on him just a bit when he got there, but he rolled right with it, offered us solutions, did the work fantastically, and charged us a very fair price. He even threw in a few extras for us without us asking and gave us some very good money and time saving advice about copying keys. I will definitely call upon Sam again in the future for all my lock and key needs. read more

Had an old safe that we needed opening and the lock replacing. Spoke with Sam, the owner, over the phone and he was able to tell me exactly how much it was going to cost and and what the options were. He was very professional and courteous. Sam had Andrew come round to complete the work. Andrew was also very professional and explained exactly what he was doing each step of the way. I was given thorough instructions on how to operate the lock once he had finished the work. I was very happy with the service from both Sam and Andrew. Would highly recommend! read more

This morning I learned (very quickly!) why these guys have 5 stars. You know the story....go out to take out the trash only to find yourself locked out. We call these guys and it took them less than 10-minutes to show up and got me inside super quickly. I had heard horror stories about locksmith companies. What a pleasure it was to have them come help for a very reasonable price. I'm officially adding them to my contacts. If you're locked out, call them. You'll be happy and will be able to get back to your life without missing a beat. read more

Nothing less than 5 stars. -Great service. -5mins early for both appointments. -Veryyy much ease of the business/service transaction. Called late Friday, got Monday 10am appointment. He even had time to stop by on Friday to check out the locks. Ensured his preparedness! Sam was very prompt, as well.....He was 5mins early for the first appointment, and 10mins early for the next. Changing 7 door locks, in addition to a garage, was a smooth process with Sam and look forward to doing business with White Eagle Locks again! read more

I am very happy with the service from Sam at White Eagle Locksmith. They are very professional. I don't usually comment on these sites, but in this case, I felt that he deserves a compliment. I will highly recommend this group to anyone in the area. I dealt with two other companies andWhite Eagle was the most professional, and competent; including the office personnel, as well. I would give this group a 10 of 10. I tend to be fairly critical and customer service oriented, but this group deserves a very good review. read more

The most honest and ethical locksmith in town .I had a great experience with them. I needed to replace a lock late at night and they were at my door in less than 15 minutes. Their price was more reasonable compare to other businesses in Studio City. Their customer service is also great and they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Sam was friendly and helpful. He knew what to do and is definitely an expert locksmith. I will HIGHLY recommend them and will do business with them again. VL read more

When I first moved into my new house I was a little worried about who had copies of the house keys. I have a wife and 2 little girls, so i needed to make sure they were safe in our new home. I called Sam at White Eagle Locksmith since I've used his services before. Just like before i wasn't disappointed he was able to change my locks that same day. He installed all new locks on my front and back door and gave a some extra copies. I'm so relieved that my family is safe now thanks to Sam. read more

Highly recommend! Sam arrived on time to give me an estimate. We agreed on the work and on the agreed dated he again showed up on time and went to work on the four elderly doors that needed not only new locks but in two cases a retooling of the catch devices. Above and beyond! He was efficient and cleaned everything up, tested all the new keys and locks and stuck to his agreed estimate. He is the person I would call if/when I need anything like this again! 5 stars!! read more
