Quality work and reliable! Needed him in 2 emergencies and he was there. Didn't even charge me for the last job. As a property manager getting things done correct and efficient really makes my job easy. Highly recommende! read more

What can I say. Sam and team are as good as it gets. Their work is high quality but somehow they manage to keep their pricing fair. The company cares and it shows. Example being that I have called poor Sam at crazy hours and if the need is there, then so is Sam. I have worked with them 5 years and I shudder to think of some of the "locksmiths" I have dealt with before White Eagle. I give this company an 11 out of 10! Thank you Sam! read more

Sam was a complete pleasure to work with. He showed up exactly on time. He took care of drilling out two padlocks. He came in on budget. And he even offered to help me carry things from our storage rooms to the car. If you need your locks worked on, you could do a lot worse than White Eagle. Highly recommended. read more

If I could give Sam ten stars, I would! As a property manager, I feel like he has been my life saver so many times whether it's to replace a lock or fix a broken latch. The most recent time he was at my community (last week), he was done with the job by the time I walked back to my office from showing him where the broken latch was. He's also very punctual whenever he's given me a time window. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone for their locksmith needs. read more

What a simple, quick, and easy process. I lost my only key to my 2001 Honda Accord. Orin came to the rescue and unlocked my vehicle effortlessly. He first cut out a blank key for test purposes and then proceeded to cut out the microchipped embedded keys. I ordered 2 copy's, once that was done he then programmed both keys and easily started up my vehicle. In conclusion, I received 3 keys to my possession and I am very satisfied with this service. read more

Sam is the best locksmith ever! He was the second locksmith we called tonight because the first one was a disaster! The previous random we called showed up in flip flops socks and shorts and was super sketchy didn't even try to get us in our apartment which I so skillfully closed my door while trying to move into my apartment. , Sam showed up dressed to impress and saved the day!! He took maybe 5 mins for him to get us into the apartment and he showed up as fast as he could at 10 pm!! He's the best hopefully I don't get myself into this situation again but if I do I will ONLY trust and call Sam. A read more

Very fast on responding back with a quote! Was able to redo the locks/keys for me very quickly once he got here!

I want to start saying that this is THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOT!!! I have eleven locks in my house that work  with six  different keys and I wanted to change all the locks in my house so I can have one key  for all the door locks, I looked online for a locksmith and I called several businesses to get a quote, at the beginning it was very confusing since I'm not in the locksmith business  and understand less in door locks I asked  simple questions and I couldn't get clear answers about if they can make all the locks on the same key or how much it will be to change all the locks to work on the same key. I called White Eagle Locksmith after I saw all the five star reviews on Yelp, the guy over the phone was very nice polite and patient, he explained to me what can be done and answered all my questions include prices and how long the job will take, I really liked his patient and his attitude and I asked to schedule an appointment to get the job done. Sam the locksmith arrived on time, he introduced himself with a big smile and asked me to show him the locks I want to change, after we walk through all the locks he told me what he's going to do, when I asked how long it will take, Sam said it will take him about an hour and a half to finish the job( by the way this is exactly what the guy told me over the phone when I called to get a quote ). Sam work very fast and you can tell by his confidence that he like  his job and he knows what he's doing, he uninstalled all the locks from the doors and took them to his van, after an hour or so he came back to reinstall them, when he finished to install the locks he walk through each and every lock  with me to show me that the old key not working anymore and asked me to try the new key to make sure that it's working smooth. Sam did a great job, he was very presentable, polite, friendly, professional and easy to work with, he cares about his job and making sure that everything will work perfect. When it comes to  the payment the final cost was exactly as I quoted over the phone, even that I asked for three more copies Sam gave them to me for free and did not add it to the final bill. I have an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with SAM and WHITE EAGLE LOCKSMITH from A to Z  everything worked as I told and I couldn't ask for more, I want to recommend White Eagle Locksmith to anyone who needs a locksmith service, they are professional, reliable and have excellent business practice. read more
