Sam is the best locksmith ever! He was the second locksmith we called tonight because the first one was a disaster! The previous random we called showed up in flip flops socks and shorts and was super sketchy didn't even try to get us in our apartment which I so skillfully closed my door while trying to move into my apartment. , Sam showed up dressed to impress and saved the day!! I want to start saying that this is THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOT!!! I have eleven locks in my house that work  with six  different keys and I wanted to change all the locks in my house so I can have one key  for all the door locks, I looked online for a locksmith and I called several businesses to get a quote, at the beginning it was very confusing since I'm not in the locksmith business  and understand less in door locks I asked  simple questions and I couldn't get clear answers about if they can make all the locks on the same key or how much it will be to change all the locks to work on the same key. I called White Eagle Locksmith after I saw all the five star reviews on Yelp, the guy over the phone was very nice polite and patient, he explained to me what can be done and answered all my questions include prices and how long the job will take, I really liked his patient and his attitude and I asked to schedule an appointment to get the job done. Sam the locksmith arrived on time, he introduced himself with a big smile and asked me to show him the locks I want to change, after we walk through all the locks he told me what he's going to do, when I asked how long it will take, Sam said it will take him about an hour and a half to finish the job( by the way this is exactly what the guy told me over the phone when I called to get a quote ). Sam work very fast and you can tell by his confidence that he like  his job and he knows what he's doing, he uninstalled all the locks from the doors and took them to his van, after an hour or so he came back to reinstall them, when he finished to install the locks he walk through each and every lock  with me to show me that the old key not working anymore and asked me to try the new key to make sure that it's working smooth. Sam did a great job, he was very presentable, polite, friendly, professional and easy to work with, he cares about his job and making sure that everything will work perfect. When it comes to  the payment the final cost was exactly as I quoted over the phone, even that I asked for three more copies Sam gave them to me for free and did not add it to the final bill.
