He's detail-oriented and clearly knows his stuff, but what stood out the most was how friendly and patient he was. We had about a million questions (and a couple of "what if we..." ideas that probably didn't make sense), and Jeremy never once made us feel annoying. He gave us great suggestions, helped us track down all the mechanisms we didn't even know we needed, and somehow managed to keep us excited about the process instead of overwhelmed. Soft-spoken, efficient, and just overall easy to work with, he's the kind of person you hope to deal with when tackling a big project. Long story short: Jeremy is the guy you want on your side if you're trying to build your dream kitchen. If Yelp let me give bonus stars for patience and good humor, he'd get them.

We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

The folks in-store at the point-of-sale are very helpful and the representative from LG (can't…read moreremember her name, unfortunately) was super! I purchased a washer/ dryer, and I had previously purchased 4 other appliances from them. The delivery and installation, though was a big disappointment. The guys were rude and lazy and obviously wanted to leave before they even started the project. When we unhooked the water from the old washer, there was a very slow drip from the hot water faucet. The installers then refused to do any work, including final assembly of the washer and dryer parts, and just left the stacked units in the middle of my garage saying I would get a refund. My contract shows a ~$50 "value" of installation, but that it is included for free. In this case, that only means there is nothing to refund and so after contacting Sean at the store, I found myself stuck assembling and installing them by myself with no compensation. These things are extremely heavy once stacked, and so moving them into place by myself was very difficult and, frankly, dangerous. It is unfortunate that bad field representation can ruin an otherwise very positive experience, but the people that actually come into my private home are really the most crucial in the process. Being insulted in my own home ruined an otherwise fine in-store experience, and so I will be more selective in the future with a retailer that sees the customer service process through to the end.

They also created a custom paint color for my wife and had her go down to the factory to work with their experts on it. That level of care is rare. Our kitchen had been the same since the house was built, making it a 22 year old, very outdated setup. We wanted something more modern and elegant to fit the rest of our house and i could never have expected this company to have done such an outstanding job. We were hesitant about the quality of work when we first signed the contract because we had never committed to such a large project before and I think we were asking for a lot of work done. Compared to other companies, the OG Cabinet Experts gave us a quote much more affordable and a deadline that we felt very happy about. Mo gave our kitchen a new island, repainted our cabinets, changed our countertops and backsplash, tore down a wall, and even installed new appliances. He was as committed and focused on making our dream kitchen come true as the rest of my family. It wasn't just Mo that we are grateful to, but his stellar team who came in every day, answered our questions patiently, and met an already short deadline. They were extremely efficient and mindful of the work they did and adjusted to our requests amazingly. I cannot applaud them enough and if we were ever to do our kitchen again, we'd go to the Original Cabinet Experts without missing a beat.
