The 90-minute massage was one of the best experiences I've had, and helped alleviate my discomfort and stress significantly. I appreciated how the therapist focused mostly on that problem area, but also left time for some full-body work. Planning to go back soon to continue working through my issues. The place is very clean, soft music and I felt very comfortable. The only thing I'd note is due to the layout of the rooms, I could hear another client ring the door bell and come in for their appointment. It didn't bother me at all, but if you're seeking a Canyon Ranch/hyper-pampered environment, this isn't it. But I was offered a bottle of water while leaving, a very nice touch.

I've never had a massage before and was quite nervous going into it because I was not sure what to expect. I scheduled with Erik (who is awesome!) and who was very calm and made my experience great! He asked what I needed work on, and then assessed it and told me the game plan! He did a great job working on my problem areas. I even had some questions about what muscle tension is and how he works on it and he probably spent about 10 minutes with me after appt explaining it to me. Great experience!

Calling to book was very easy and I was able to have an appointment scheduled in a few hours. If it is your first time, you'll need to arrive 5ish minutes prior to your time to fill out paperwork and it is only street parking here so plan accordingly. I walked in and it it's a pretty small lobby with someone in the back at the front desk. There was a small bench which is where I waited until I was called in. I was greeted by Reina who was my facial it's and I completely recommend her! She was so friendly, making sure I was comfortable the whole time, was very knowledgeable with all the questions I had and really took her time with my skin. I got a mini facial which included cleanser, a massage, a mask, extractions and she added on light therapy to benefit my concerns.
