Doctor was super friendly and very knowledgeable by asking all the right questions to ensure he understood the pain we felt and where at the time. Not only did he ask questions he made sure to answer all the questions we had at every visit until we no longer needed care. Coming to the chiropractor was new for us considering it was the first (hopefully last) car accident we had been in and the entire process was smooth and went by quick! Finding a good chiropractor was not easy but this was closest to home and I would recommend this office to anyone in the Kent area. Thanks again Doctor!

I recently went to this studio for the first time and left very distressed. Before my appointment,…read moreI filled out the studio's online intake and consent forms. On the forms, I clearly indicated two areas of my body where I did NOT want to be touched. During the massage, my therapist touched those zoned off areas three times. The first time, it shocked me because I had clearly not consented to that area being worked on. I quickly asked the therapist to not touch me there and she didn't even verbally acknowledge me--she just moved her hands. It was deeply unsettling, and it happened two more times. I couldn't believe it. In the end, I paid over $200 for a session that left me feeling violated instead of rejuvenated. I don't know if this happened due to a lack of therapist training or a procedural failure. In either case, my consent form clearly wasn't reviewed in advance. I have attempted to resolve this issue privately with the studio by submitting feedback through their Listen360 survey (which I assume is not anonymous because it collects my initials). I waited a week for a response, but none came. I'm sharing this story because we ALL deserve to feel safe, heard, and respected in their own bodies. I hope the studio takes this seriously and ensures nothing like this happens again.

Even though they are happy to see you, there is never any pressure to come back. They treat you for what is best for you and your body. Over the years I have won my share of gifts at their events the most recent was an Amazon gift card and a water pillow. All that is bonus because their adjustments are so great and they all start with a massage table (if your time allows) which makes the adjustment so much easier. I got this massage 3 days ago and have for the first time in literal years slept through the entire night without waking up. We conversed throughout the entire massage. I'm sure some people may want to sit in quiet but not me. TLDR; Best of the best masseuse. Highly recommend. He's very interactive with his clients which I enjoy.

It might be the best massage on earth but we won't ever know because they use a booking app that they don't read. Will definitely go elsewhere in the future. Super unprofessional and the reaction by the massage therapist was really flippant like it didn't matter.
