The seasoned fries weren't too bad either. 30 burgers..29 more to try lol. Doubt I get to taste them all. I eat burgers like once every 3-4 months. But this hidden gem is definitely worth the try. I tried the El Paso burger and the Six Alarm burger. Good flavor & size. Fries (seasoned) were also on point. I think I would eat here again, but I don't think I'd go out of my way for chicken wings from here.

I ordered the Prime Steakburger, which was a double smashburger with shaved ribeye on top. I also got the fried cheese curds as well as the cheese fries. The burger was OK. The patties were smashed super thin and flat, and the shaved steak kinda slid off. It was pretty messy. The fried cheese curds weren't very stretchy, i wouldn't get them again. I liked the fries the most. The milkshake i got was pretty awesome, but for the price, this ain't that worth it. Bill came to near $30

The staff was also very friendly, which I appreciated. The food, however, didn't quite live up to the atmosphere. The fries and onion rings were clearly made to order,..fresh, hot, and well-prepared. I ordered the California burger, and although it was labeled as a steak burger, it was much closer to a steak-umm style patty than what I expected. The burger wasn't hot, the meat had a slightly weird smell, and it lacked seasoning. I think a little seasoning could have gone a long way, but unfortunately, it just wasn't there. The restaurant could also use a bit more attention to cleanliness, as others have mentioned in their reviews as well. The garbage was overflowing and some tables had crumbs, which was surprising considering it wasn't very busy and seemed fully staffed. Lots of of high top tables and booths. There's a couple of outside tables as well. Plenty of parking and a drive-thru! On a positive note, the custard was the highlight & definitely the best thing I tried. Prices were fair overall.

This restaurant is very small, maybe only about 3-4 tables. Upon walking in, the person at the counter was very nice and courteous. He took my order right away. Although there were customers in front of me, I maybe waited about 10-15 minutes for my order which isn't bad at all. My sandwich was amazing and cooked to my satisfaction. Although it isn't very big, I was full once I finished. The only issue is the parking lot is pretty small and narrow. I would probably advise to park on the street. Otherwise, I was pretty satisfied with my visit and would recommend this place!

Unfortunately, this location taught me one thing: with this place, location really does matter. The experience started off on the wrong foot. I walked in, and the cashier didn't greet me or acknowledge me in any way. She just looked at me like I was supposed to already know the routine. I actually did know what I wanted, but it would have been nice to be treated like a customer instead of someone interrupting her day. While I was looking over the menu to see if I wanted to add anything else to the order, she simply said she'd be back and walked away. Okay then. I ended up ordering two cheessteaks (intentionally spelled this way to match the menu item), one for me and another for a friend. I had spent the whole drive talking this place up because of how much I enjoyed the Belmar location. The service was much faster than at the Belmar location. My order was ready in about 10 minutes. Then we took our first bites... and immediately I wished I had lower expectations. The cheesesteak just wasn't good. The steak didn't taste fresh or even like steak, the cheese couldn't save it, and the whole thing was surprisingly bland. I've had better cheesesteaks from a random deli in Philly (if you know, you know). I actually apologized to my friend because I hyped this place up so much and it's safe to say that we didn't get much out of this meal besides a good story. I won't be coming back to this location. If you're really craving a cheesesteak and would like to try this place, I'd suggest visiting their Belmar location instead. This location just isn't it.

The food itself is solid. The tater tots are a standout for me, and the milkshake selection is really good too. I also like that they offer kids' meals, which makes it convenient for families. That said, I did notice that on a few visits, the staff came off a bit disrespectful, which affected the overall experience for me. Still, because the food is good and customizable, I'd probably go back but I'd hope the service side improves a bit.
