We also got an appetizer of chicken wings and those were amazing too, they didn't come with seasonings on them, but the chicken by themselves and with their house bbq, and hot sauce taste phenomenal. Plus since it was our first time, we were given a coupon for a free app, and a free side of their house made chips. The service was amazing, Greg our server was so attentive. I've honestly never been treated better by an establishment and its employees. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for good food and a good environment.

This location is right near our hotel so that works out. Everybody on my crew was happy to do Five Guys and get those unlimited fries, if you dine in and finish your first order. Yeah, that's right, not advertised, but if you're dining in and you finish the order of fries, just ask for a refill and they give it to you! So, pro tip: always order the small fries, that is unless you are doing take out. About the way they list their burgers. The "regular" burger is actually a DOUBLE burger with two patties. They shame the manly men and most anybody else, by listing the normal single patty burger as a "LITTLE" burger when all it is, is what most people would call a normal burger. Oh, nobody wants a "LITTLE" burger! You get all the same free toppings free, like grill onions and mushrooms on both versions. But since we're on the expense account, everybody gets the "REGULAR" double cheeseburger with "the works". We just get 2 orders of small fries for the 5 of us, since I figure we'll get some refills anyways. They do give a ton of fries even at the small size. There's a cup they fill then over fill the bag. I will say they do have some very good fries here, better than In N Out that's for sure. Our orders come up and the burgers are all wrapped well and the fries are soaking grease on the brown paper bag. I'll say, this burger is very tasty, not sure it's worth almost $12 bucks with tax and fries are extra like $5 bucks. But that's what expense accounts are for! We did get a couple of refills on the fries, I love that part and then enough to take with us to munch on in the Suburban and refill our drinks before we left! Now I gotta think where do I take the crew for dinner?

I had a disappointing experience at White Castle. Despite being a fast-food chain, there was nothing fast about our visit. We waited in line for 28minutes with only three cars ahead of us, which felt like an eternity. When we finally received our order, the cups for the shakes were delivered wet and outside the cups, which was unprofessional and messy. The food itself was not fresh, which was quite disappointing given the quick-service expectation. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that the staff looked unkempt - shirts were dirty, and overall, they seemed overworked and exhausted. My husband ordered and ate the food, but I personally wouldn't eat it. The service and quality were simply unacceptable - looked like there were 2 people in there. Get them some help, please. White Castle needs to improve both its cleanliness and efficiency to meet basic standards for its workers and customers. read more

I've always been a fan of the frozen White Castle burgers from the supermarkets, but I finally got to try them fresh! I understand that some people might find them overhyped due to their portrayal in movies. However, knowing what to expect, I found that they tasted exactly like the frozen versions, but with added pickles! Personally, I loved them, although it's worth noting that the buns tend to be on the soggier side for some reason. I also sampled the fries, which were just okay--slightly salty. As for the chicken rings, they were both chewy and crispy. The service here was super friendly and fast, which made my visit even more enjoyable! #5 read more

When it was my turn, I ordered a footlong BLT on herb cheese bread and a footlong meatball and pepperoni on Italian (their monthly special). "We ain't got no meatball" the man behind the counter said in a mumble. He had to repeat it a second time for me to understand him. I then ordered a cold cut combo and requested that both be toasted. The Mumbler put my bread in the toaster and then went on to the next customer. As he was preparing the sandwich of the customer behind me, he reached over the sandwich that his co-worker was preparing for the customer in front of me and literally put his armpit in her sandwich in spite of his co-worker's futile attempt to protect the sandwich. So the customer behind me paid and left and the customer in front of me had left and my bread had now been sitting in the toaster waiting, as was I, for the two people making sandwiches to finish with people BEHIND me. Now it was finally my turn. I had to explain the order again as The Mumbler had moved on to someone else. Did I want my bacon heated? As it looked almost raw, yes I did. Then I had to wait again. Why didn't The Mumbler put it in the toaster while the bread was toasting? Two more customers behind me paid and left the restaurant. The microwave dinged, but by now the woman behind the counter was helping The Mumbler as he seemed to be falling behind. The bacon sat ignored in the microwave for at least two minutes. Finally, we have the bread and the hot bacon. Three times while I was requesting the vegetables/ condiments, the woman behind the counter stopped helping me to help a co-worker, refill the napkin dispenser, and take another customers money (a customer in line behind me). Two more customers behind me paid and left. Then two more workers, one of which appeared to be the manager, came out of a back room and just watched the long line of customers! Neither of them tried to help and then they both disappeared out of sight again into the back of the restaurant. 35 minutes after I walked into the Subway, I walked out with two footlong sandwiches and returned to work. I gave my co-worker her sandwich and went to my desk. That is when I realized that the bread and cheese had gotten mixed up on the orders. Then my co-worker said that she had the wrong sandwich. The woman behind the counter had given me one of the sandwiches that must have belonged to one of the myriad of customers that got waited on before me even though they were behind me in line. The sandwich that my co-worker received was turkey and bacon. My thought from earlier was confirmed as she said that the bacon was, indeed, almost raw. My co-worker returned to the Subway in order to receive the correct sandwich. When she explained what happened, the woman behind the counter explained that the man who had accidentally received her sandwich had returned that one as well. THEN THE WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER TRIED TO GIVE THE "USED" SANDWICH TO MY CO-WORKER! It took the manager coming out to convince her to make a new sandwich! DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!

But when the same attitude happens repeatedly, it stops feeling like a bad day and starts feeling like a problem with the way this location is being run. Jersey Mike's, you really need to do better.
