Friendly staff and I can say taste like I remember. Went in the morning no wait and took a crave case home. Not sure why all the bad reviews I do know that you never go to a place that just opened and expect the staff to be ready and trained in a two week time frame and never go thru the drive thru for something that takes time to make. We showed up and one person was in line. When we got to the from the cashier stopped taking orders. We sat there for ten minutes then asked if we could have our order taken. She said no because they needed to wait for the kitchen to catch up. We waited an additional 25 minutes while the cashier did not take our order and ignored us. The line filled up as we waited inside not able to make an order. We had to ask a second time if we could finally have our order taken and then the cashier started to take orders. We then waited 20 more minutes to get our food. We did notice while we waited that drive thru did get more attention than inside... but barely. Honestly, I'd go anywhere else for food. Not staffed enough to be by a casino. Food was also not great for the expensive price, awful customer service, and absurdly long wait time. read more

Not anything like I remember. There was very few onions. They used to smother on the onion. Also the lids to their drinks are crap. They don't stay on. The cost for what you get is insane. Four tiny burgers, some fries and a drink is $10. read more

I've never had White Castle before. The line was finally short, so I decided to give it a try. I will say, the drive thru line did take hella long. However, when I got my food, everything was freshly made. Well, I am pleasantly surprised. 1 cheese slider, 1 fish slider, onion chips, and mozzarella sticks. The onion chips are not great, Fish sandwich was whatever, but the cheese slider and the mozzarella sticks were really good. Best part of all, the woman at the drive thru was very sweet. read more

This is my opinion and my experience only. This was the first time ever, I visited a White Castle and it will be my last. My experience here was not a good one. I spent approx. 1 hr. In the drive thru line. When I reached the speaker to give my order, I waited for another 10 mins. before my order was taken. When I received my order, the food was not hot. I can drive across the street and go to In-N-Out and get better tasting and higher quality food. In-N-Out also tries to get their customers their food in a timely manner. The service wasn't good. They weren't rude, but they clearly couldn't care less about their job. That would be fine if the food was at least good. But these are the worst burgers I've had in my life. We went here this past Friday June 17th 2022 waited in line in driv-thru with my self , wife & dog waited 2.5 hrs ( WAY TO LONG) due to staff shortage ( SIGN OF TIMES) we almost left because we ALL had to go to restroom ! Terrible! I was so excited when WC came to LV. I only went to the Downtown location and always crushed a bunch of burger. This new location has been open for a few weeks and they are floundering big time. They are super slow with getting food out. To be honest coming here is not worth it, the lines took soooo long and the food is blend. The fries are soggy and the chicken rings taste like they're microwaved, the drink tasted like they're just mix of sugar and water. I haven't had White Castle since I was a kid in St. Louis, many, many years ago. Not to date myself but it has been several decades! If you visit this location don't plan to be in and out! Although this is fast food, there was nothing fast about my drive thru experience...This is a new business and I DK what the issue is behind the scenes however I was in the drive-through for 26 plus minutes. I knew what to expect based on other reviews so I wasn't tripping. I was mad at myself for not going inside because typically that's faster than the drive-thru. The parking is directly in front of the drive-thru line and had I pulled into one of those parking spots I was afraid I would not have been able to get out easily when it was time to leave so I, just stayed in the drive-thru line. The gentleman at the window was very friendly and gave me a local discount which I really appreciated!! My burger was absolutely delicious and gave me childhood memories I also tried the onion chips which were also delicious! Just because I tried the fish sandwich too? it was OK however I will just stick to the sliders next time! read more

First order of business you opened a normally 24/7 business in a 24/7 town its July 16th, take down that shabby sheet barely taped up where you order and open 24/7. However before doing so do a time study and determine why drive through is so slow and address. I don't want to look in the window see numerous workers standing around as my food sits on counter. Also as someone else notes checkout your drink lids for quality fit and make sure staff puts lid on properly. Cmon you can do better. read more

The food was great!! I didn't give full stars because they seem sketchy. I ordered the number 2 which was 9.99 on the menu. It included a drink, 4 cheese sliders and a fry. I added two additional cheese sliders at $1.58 each and she told me my price was close to $18. I was stumped. So when I got to the window I explained the price for the deal $9.99 and that I only ordered two additional cheese sliders at $1.58. She said "oh ya! That menu back there in the drive thru is "Corporate's menu and pricing." So when I said that didn't make sense, she got the manager. The manager regrouped the order to put the deal in because they had charged for individual items but she said even then it only saved a couple of cents and the total was $17 because of "taxes." read more

Another review that should be a five star. White Castle has great food clean stores however, the service on May 1 was terrible. I asked the young man for no pickles and he turned to the manager and told her that I wanted no pickles.It took that young man and another together six minutes to put together 10 burgers. There was no other customers and they were working on no other orders except mine. During that six minute time, the two of them stood there and talked while he put pickles on every burger himself. The young lady was leaning over talking to them, and even after my burgers were in the bag, they continue talking for another minute and a half to 2 minutes without turning around and giving me my food. Took me 10 minutes to get my food when I was the only Customer being served. Typically white castle employees are very fast. I got the lazy crew. I will continue to patronize the store because this was an unusual experience. I'm hoping the managers read this and correct it. read more
