Another review that should be a five star. White Castle has great food clean stores however, the service on May 1 was terrible. I asked the young man for no pickles and he turned to the manager and told her that I wanted no pickles.It took that young man and another together six minutes to put together 10 burgers. There was no other customers and they were working on no other orders except mine. During that six minute time, the two of them stood there and talked while he put pickles on every burger himself. The young lady was leaning over talking to them, and even after my burgers were in the bag, they continue talking for another minute and a half to 2 minutes without turning around and giving me my food. Took me 10 minutes to get my food when I was the only Customer being served. Typically white castle employees are very fast. I got the lazy crew. I will continue to patronize the store because this was an unusual experience. I'm hoping the managers read this and correct it. read more

2nd time going to Henderson location. First time 1hr wait but the sliders were good...2nd time no line 10min wait....but the 10 pk sliders were so over over salted...I could not eat them.. born and raised in Chicago I was so happy to not travel to the strip for them and go in my neighborhood. At this rate if Henderson location doesn't improve they Will end up closing. Which I hate to see. I gave 2 stars since I didn't wait 1 hr this time. read more

Staff was pleasant. Food was good. Establishment was a little in the dirty side. A lot of people standing around that could have been cleaning. Have eaten at the one on Las Vegas Blvd which was probably a tad better. Only White Castle where I am from in Florida is in Orlando and is a solid 5 star. read more

An acquired taste, dear to Easterners and Rust Belters alike; similar to how Californians think In- and-Out is actually good. Back East, service is quick and your order is accurate; in LV , at all locations, will take forever and will be wrong. Your dog will be able to discuss quantum physics long before any LV location will get your order right. Overly expensive here also; your best bet is to pickup up frozen slders at the supermarket. Early AM, the Henderson location refused to make me breakfast because I was FIVE MINUTES EARLY. Too busy smoking up by the dumpster, evidently. Evidently, zero concern from management. read more

Tell me how they can name this place White Castle. In no way, shape, or form should this be called White Castle. I spent over 20 bucks just to get some bite sized mediocre hamburgers. I am from Michigan, so I know exactly how white castles are supposed to taste. When fresh, they are delicious little burgers. The one in Henderson, is horrible. I went there three times in the last week or two, because I was working a job right next-door. Each time they put fresh burgers on the top in an oLe ones at the bottom. I figured they do this because most people eat one on their way home or back to their job because they're so small. And I guess they figure when you find out the other ones are old you'll be off their property and won't turn back. I just went tonight. Told them to make sure my burgers are fresh, because they were not the last time. Ordered one fish sandwich also. Got home burgers seemed fresh. Went to bite the fish sandwich and I had to spit it out. It was old like from yesterday, old, hard and dried out! I refuse to keep giving my money to restaurants that sell old food. I was a little worried when I pulled into the lot and there wasn't a car parked, and none in the drive thru. White Castle isn't gourmet. For those of you that are expecting wagyu sliders and truffle fries, please go away. I was greeted by a friendly young man who took my order. My food came out hot and fresh. Worst White Castle I've ever been to. Their very "adult" staff was slow, unresponsive, forgetful and curt. I feel for the owner because he is obviously paying above minimum wages and he is not getting his moneys worth. Because of his staffs lackluster enthusiasm the food was exactly the same. My first time at this location. Honestly, awful. Piss poor food with the price of over $10 for some nasty ass soggy sliders. Speaks volume when the fries are the best item on the menu they have to offer. Better off getting them frozen from Walmart or something. At least you know what to expect. Worst sliders experienced. Never had White Castle before and wanted to check it out. I will say that we will not be returning. I'm not sure what all the hype is or long drive through lines, but to us, the original sliders were bland, other than a straight onion taste, but no seasoning whatsoever. What turned us off was that the meat seemed like it was boiled and not char broiled or at least a sear on the meat. read more

Seriously dissapoinnted. I waited at Drive through for long time and ordered 1 combo which doesn't have cheese. Threw the sack away since all sliders had cheese on them. Also given a soft drink with a lid that was too small. read more

I was so excited to see a White Castle in the neighborhood. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Waited in the Drive thru almost 30 minutes and didn't move one car. Overpriced and the hamburgers are DISGUSTING!!! The quality of the meat is garbage. Worst of all, they put a TON OF SALT on those tiny meat Pattie's. It was absolutely inedible. I get it, it's a bit slow. Its also non stop busy. The food quality is fantastic and the best part is the staff inside. They are all so friendly. They are getting their butts kicked with orders and people complaining about the wait so they could be rude or cranky but they are quite the opposite, just happy and accommodating. The expediter with the long braids... your the true MVP. You kept the team on pace and even made time to talk to guests. I live all the way in Centennial Hills but my husband and I decided to make the drive because this seems to be the only White Castle in town with Impossible burgers. The young man taking our order was polite but had trouble hearing us. Without hesitation another young man jumped in to help. Apparently the first young man was training and it was his first day. He was doing a great job and I was surprised that it was only his first day! The young man who jumped in to help said he was training the new employee. He helped us navigate a difficult order and was extremely patient. When we got to the window both young men asked us if we needed sauces and were extremely polite. The trainer came and explained to us that the Impossible were taking a little longer than normal and apologized for the wait. It wasn't an issue for us at all and we expected a wait, but it was refreshing to have someone be so attentive towards us. They gave us our food and let me say, it was well worth the wait!! They nailed our large order! Now, our only problem is ensuring some of this delicious food makes it home!! Thank you to the staff working tonight. You all are AWESOME!! read more

So they just opened so people have to expect the lines to be super long That'a a given. I waited in line for 45 mins! Yea 45 i seen them line so i wasn't shocked again they just opened. I get to the intercom to order & nobody was saying anything. I moved up a little to notify their headset maybe and still nothing. I said "hello" still nothing. I waited there with nobody saying anything for 10 mins. At this point i figured i has to order at the window. I pull forward & the two cars in front just hands the cashier their payment. I'm thinking that weird clearly they didn't order at the window. I pulled up & the cashier said i had to wait back in line & they can't take orders at the window!!!! Absolutely not i waited 45 mins before getting to place my order. I told her that wasn't far. She didn't say "I'll be right with you, hold on" anything if that nature.
