That made it even more convenient, and they still delivered amazing quality. My order was fresh, accurate, and honestly exceeded my expectations. A Royal Meal Followed by an Unholy Reckoning I love White Castle. I truly do. Those little sliders are adorable -- soft buns, grilled onions, gooey cheese, the works. I told myself, "They're tiny, what harm could six do?" Cut to one hour later and my digestive system had declared martial law. Whatever chemistry happens between those onions and that grease should be studied by NASA. It was less "meal" and more launch sequence. By slider #4 I was in bliss. By slider #6, I was experiencing what medical professionals might describe as total ass-blasting propulsion. It was as if my intestines were auditioning for Fast & Furious: White Castle Drift. Hydration didn't help. Prayer didn't help. The only thing that saved me was time -- and the distant memory of who I used to be before this meal. Would I return? Yes. Put in an order through DoorDash. I don't know how they view the orders but my order was the most simplest order. I ordered a 4 slider combo, 3 smoked cheddar sliders, 1 American cheddar slider, with a medium diet Dr Pepper. Instead I got nothing I asked for. Surprised I haven't reviewed this already. I have been a few times over the years. Inside, and in the drive-through. I've never been a big fan of White Castle. It used to be the only place open 24 hours; now we have a few more options for that. But, they were advertising the 1921 slider. History? Burgers? You had me with either one. I was curious as to how the 1921 version compared to the current one. So I got one of each. Plus some onion fingers, or whatever they call them. Those were like onion rings, except more like slivers, and were crispy and hot and tasty but nothing special. The standard slider is pretty small, a very thin piece of meat, with grilled onions. On a poofy bun. Nothing awful, but nothing amazing to me. The 1921 is much bigger, with a better bun, a better burger, lettuce and tomato and cheese. (You can add cheese and bacon to the standard ones.) Worlds better than their current version. I'm not sure if it's really like the one they had in 1921, but I would definitely have been a fan if this had been a version they used. Now, compared to other iterations of sliders in our current restaurant-crazy era, it was just fair, nothing special. And for three dollars it is outrageously small. Even for a slider. But if I was already at White Castle I would get one again. About twice the cost of their standard one, for way more than twice the flavor and satisfaction. Service was minimal, but friendly. I walked in to carry out! Wanted to see the place. The two window people were super nice. They said all the kind things. I didn't wait long for my order: two sliders and a small chocolate shake. They use fresh cracked eggs on the skillet so it's not an precooked egg patty. This White Castle is a classic. They try to take your order so fast that you're never sure what your going to get but they always manage to get it right. Food is fresh and delicious and if they have time you can get condiments customized (like add mustard) if not they always add packets and it always seems to be the right number. In the drive through order taking is like lightning but some days getting to the window is like waiting on Noah's Ark to pull out. Food is always hot and fresh. Pop is spot on classic WC formula coke. So if you have time to enjoy the local HoBos shows and insults it's a great inexpensive place to eat. #1 with cheese / a Coke is about $6-7. read more

Peeling wallpaper, dead flies and cobwebs in the windowsills, floor so slimy with whatever they mopped with, you slid across the floor. Table bases were rusty and caked with grime. Love em or hate em. There's no in between with White Castle's sliders. I grew up eating "Castles" as I still call them, so it's ingrained in my physiology, my DNA and my psyche. You have to eat them early enough in your life to appreciate them. If not, you probably won't like them unless you are so stupid drunk that even that can of tuna, a jar of peanut butter and those saltines suddenly sound OK. Whitey's is a good alternative to that scene. I don't eat them too often. Used to, but not so much anymore. My mouth still dearly loves them, but the rest of my digestive tract now say's "Whoa No, WTF?!?! A couple castles, a three piece mozzarella sticks with marinara and a fish sandwich are what hits the spot for me without causing that nausea associated with larger quantities. Thank the Alcohol Gods for White Castle. Being born & bred on the East Coast, White Castle didn't come onto my radar until Harold & Kumar. Now, several years later, Whitey's is my go-to gourmet destination once I've put away a beer or 12. This is the closest Castle to my home, so I usually politely ask my Lyft drivers to swing by here on my way home. Luckily 3 out of 5 Lyft drivers typically don't mind you funking their car up with the Castle. White Castle's mozzarella sticks are some of the best. You may not know this, but from my extensive travels, I have learned that Columbus White Castles are the only ones to ALWAYS have clam strips and boy are they fantastic! Brekkie is served 24/7. Their eggs are real eggs! Wash it all down with a red creme soda and you're good to go! The drive-thru line is usually insanely long after midnight but this location's inside is open very late (actually I don't real know if there's a time their inside closes. I've ordered food inside at 2am before) so stretch your legs, weary from a night of booze and dancing, and order your food inside. read more

If you're in the mood for fast food breakfast, White Castle is the spot. In my opinion, McDonalds can't hold White Castle's 5 hole jock-strap when it comes to breakfast. I visited this location on June 20th at approximately 2am . The person on the speaker was extremely rude. I ordered the #1 meal. After I got home I began to eat. The sliders tasted kind've funny but I thought it was just me. Not long after I got pains in my stomach, began vomiting and got severe diahrea. I had to visit the hospital. I was diagnosed with food poisoning. Please don't eat at this location!! Not cooking food properly! Contacted them about my experience and they could care less.
