Not sure what's worse the good or the service. Dreadful place, bad food, crap service.

Ordered 3 regular burgers Came out cold, barely any onions, and the ones on it were burnt. Zero ketchup. The essence of the burger wasn't present Went inside, and while the manager said she couldn't give me my refund, I opted for her to remake my burgers They actually came out quite good. I just moved to Clarksville and I LOVE it here. But. what happened to me tonight, proves Clarksville deserves BETTER. At the order menu in the drive thru, WHAT DO YOU WANT? NO hello, nothing. Then while trying to decide on what drink I wanted, I was told "we ain't got no orange." The taller heavier girl came to the window, no greeting, just the amount of my order. I asked her for no I've in my drink and I was answered with a heavy sigh. The shorter girl with dreads not in a net cap handed my bag out the window and asked if I needed any sauces, I asked her what did they have, I couldn't remember, she replied ketchup mayo and mustard. I said ketchup. she handed me the bag completely and did its on the bag. Slammed the window shut and walked away. Mr White Castle owner... YOU NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES!!! People inside standing around not answering the drive thru at all - don't waste your time. Also, they had a sign in the kitchen that you can see through the drive-through that asked the employees to stop dropping the hamburger buns on the floor. After few months ago we stopped here on our way home and I stood in the lobby for almost an hour while being told "just a moment" no one was even in the drive through I was really trying to be patient but the seemed to not care and just continued to stock items and walked around me like I didn't exist was the laziest most non professional experience I've ever had. And I'm sure nothing has been done about it either. So after waiting and waiting being told I'm next and looked at like I was some kind of problem just left and won't be back. read more

As White Castles go this one had friendlier staff than the last one I visited (in St. Louis). They do seem to have some challenges, as one morning I went by and they had not yet opened due to staffing issues. That's a shame because they have a great location, yet they never seemed busy. Anyway, the morning they were not yet open, they lady I spoke to (the person who told me they were not yet open) was polite and courteous. I can't be upset about things out of even their control. I ate their two times during my Clarksville stay, and each time the food was hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. read more

Went through the drive through and waited 10+ minutes for the staff to come to the window. Food was not very good. Looked like some of my food items had been thrown into the bag, as the top of my slider was in the bag with the toppings and mustard. Lady was confused about my order. I came in to the White Castle on Wilma Rudolph at about 9:45 AM. The inside was very clean but what I was surprised about was the fact that there was only one person working inside. She had responsibility for the drive-in window cleaning the outside area how do even preparing all the food. I recognize it was early and customer traffic was minimal but she handled the drive through and foot traffic with ease. As a result my food was fresh. And for that she needs to be commended so my hats off to the lady serving this morning. Now to the food: The hamburgers didn't come with any mustard or ketchup but only onions in a pickle. The french fries were unsalted Although this is not the same as Krystal hamburgers, the quality was equally prepared. The disappointment however is that the they didn't have a senior menu which all things considered is unfortunately a difference maker for this reviewer. read more

Why didn't I read reviews first. This is the worst food I've ever had. BELGIAN WAFFLE SLIDER COMBO CAL 730-860was brick hard. Not fresh. Only two small pieces of bacon but asked for extra. TOO SALTY. Horrible service from a Caucasian man at the drive through. When I was telling him my order was wrong he went and got a African American woman and said can you tell her about her order. As if he didn't want to be bothered with me. It go's to show he was not that bright. He overcharged and up charged me on my meal. I didn't ask for. It was ice in my coke. I asked for no ice. I also got 10 free double burgers. I was trying to tell the not so smart Caucasian guy all of it wasn't my order before he gave it to me. While getting fuel my son ran over to get some White Castle burgers, thinking its a quick and fast little snack while we drive to our destination. Uhhhhh no. It took forever to get a sack of them. I always crave White Castle before an upcoming trip home. While these burgers were good, the onions were barely cooked after rehydration. I wish that WC wouldn't charge so much extra for cheese on a $25 crave case but that is not this restaurants fault. Waze and maps make it difficult to find WCs along the route from Greenville, SC to St Louis, MO but the one in Clarksville isn't too far off of the highway and the staff was friendly. I had a few issues with online ordering so I had to order 2 crave cases (60 sliders) at the window. I had to pull forward and it took awhile but minus the onions we were quite happy. read more

visited this restaurant on 5/4/23. Was excited to get a taste of "home". Stood in line at the counter for nearly 15 minutes without as much as an acknowledgement that I was there. We ate lunch at this location today. First time ever to eat at a White Castle! We really weren't expecting a lot after reading the reviews on this location but were pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and prompt. We each got the original sliders with cheese and enjoyed them. They were hot and while not a gourmet burger we thought they tasted good! Now we can say that we have eaten at a White Castle! We would definitely eat here again. Got to try some of the other things on their extensive menu. read more

This store has the best automatic hand towels dispenser. Unlike most places it dispenses over a foot of towel for drying your hands for a one towel hand drying experience. It is to often these days that stores only give you 2" of towel to dry your hands. I wish more places had this Much for though. The food was amazing and steaming hot. Been to multiple locations around here and they're all the same.. extremely slow( needs to be removed from the search of "fast food") seems like all the staff hate their job and like to cut you off before you finish ordering just to sit second in line for 20 minutes . This is for Uber eats and White Castle together. First my order was made then sat on a counter for 30 minutes because the Uber driver was late. Then when I receive the order it's all hard, dry and cold because he decided to be late and they decided to sit it out rather than replace it. When he arrived to my house he forgets the drink.
