I had the Pork Bun Thit. When I started to mix, I noticed steam coming from the noodles. It was piping hot and overcooked, so the noodles were falling apart. I called the server over and told her the noodles are supposed to be either room temp or cold. She had the audacity to tell me "different restaurants serve them differently." I told her "I've had this all over the country. They're never served hot with steam coming out." She offers to get me cold noodles, NOT to remake the dish. The second batch of noodles were cold this time and the way it should be- but I had to transfer all the pork and veggies into this tiny ass bowl. I barely ate it. My mom (Korean) got the Combo Pho. She's from Lowell, MA, where the population is about a quarter Vietnamese; so she has authentic pho all the time. She said the broth here was bland and didn't have much flavor. I'm assuming the owners are Vietnamese; train your cooks to do quality control before sending a dish out, and train your waitress to be honest with customers who love Vietnamese food.

We came here specifically because they mentioned gluten free options. When walking in I asked about the gluten free options and the workers seemed confused and not sure. We ended up getting the PHO with the beef broth since they assured us they didn't use bouillons. Bouillons contain gluten a lot of the time. I opted for the chicken breast beef pho. We ordered it to go and it was finished pretty quickly. The restaurant appeared to be clean but after getting home some of our party didn't feel so well. I should have checked the health report on Yelp. They had numerous health violations. I can't believe I didn't check the health report before ordering.

It was not terribly busy on a Thursday night, we were told to sit wherever we like. I asked the waitress to bring another set of utensil for out kid, there was only two sets for the table we picked. She never brought the set, so I ended up helping myself. The food... was honestly sad. The broth tasted closer to water. Thank god for sriracha and the oyster sauce. Noodles and toppings were fair amount and cooked well but the lack of flavor was... sad. My husband did not like their yakisoba. My daughters kids pho.. tasted bad... their meatball tasted totes sus. I am making this as a NYC born Chinese who has had some amazing pho in Chinatown.. i would not recommended. Their lemon peper chicken was about the only good thing.

Great experience, the staff sat us down fairly quick, took our order as soon as we were ready. Had the Beef noodle pho, amazing! The spacing amongst other customers was perfect. The ambience was good, not loud so you can actually carry a conversation.

The food was not up to par. The bowl I ordered was not as expected. The recipe was not right, the chicken tasted like curry chicken from and Indian restaurant. The spring rolls were ok, but the peanut sauce did not taste good at all. The service was good no complaints there. I will not be recommending or going back to this place. Hopefully the owner works on the food and figure what's going on. Try them out for yourself, my taste buds are different from yours lol.

3.5 Not a bad pho spot. The broth came out pretty flavorful. It was pretty busy on a Saturday evening. We were in the area and craving pho so we decided to try it out. The meats were pretty tender in my pho bowl. It came out with all the veggies that goes with pho and all of the condiments were available on the table. They have more than just pho. They have some Japanese dishes as well. It's a Vietnamese/ Japanese restaurant. The Bubble tea and coffee here was pretty good. I tried the coconut bubble tea. No complaints at all about my bubble tea.

This little Cajun market used to have a spot in Nashville's Germantown, a modest building now occupied by a Taco Mamacita. Sadly, Music City lost a reliable purveyor of unique seafood that still lives on in Clarksville in an equally humble space. And thank heavens it does! I've been planning to visit Little's for about 10 years now to complete my experiment with fried alligator and fried frog legs. And I finally got to put their products to the test with a two-hour, round-trip drive followed by a full scale cooking test at home. I acquired the alligator meat and frog legs in the frozen section of this tiny store, items you simply cannot find in Nashville. I also couldn't resists the breaded fried clams also in the freezer. And I went home to commence an extensive culinary adventure. I leaped into Leap Day of 2024 by frying up my secret recipe for Nashville Hot Frog Legs. And thanks to Little's selling frog legs of exceptional quality, this is one of the best things I've cooked in the last five years! Juicer than chicken, good enough to win competitions, and worthy of starting my own food truck, this would have been impossible without such an impeccable product! And the best-kept secret might just be their frozen fried clams, nearly as good coming out of my deep fryer as the best versions I've had in Maine and Massachusetts! The alligator was pretty good, too. Let's just say that I'm an excellent gourmet cook, but I'm only as good as the quality of my ingredients. And Little's did not disappoint!

As soon as I arrived, I knew we were right. It's tucked away from the road with plenty of parking, and housed in a farmhouse style cottage with lots of windows. Signs alert you that there is "no alcohol" on the premises, so don't come for happy hour. Service was friendly, prices incredibly economical. The food? About the best you can hope for for this type of affair. I had the trio, which came with a catfish fillet, 3 chicken tenders, and some butterfly shrimp. The platter also included coleslaw, hushpuppies, white beans, and the choice of another (I opted for a loaded baked potato). My wife had the 2-piece fish fillet meal and opted for fries as her chosen side. While my mom would have preferred the "whole" fish (she called them "fiddlers"), we felt the fillets would serve us close enough as a meal in memory since we didn't want to risk a spare bone. The fillets are tasty, breaded to perfection. Not too greasy, and as my wife noted which is sometimes not the case with catfish, not overtly "fishy" in flavor or aroma. Just really good. The tenders were great as well, tasted fresh and reminded me of tenders from a steakhouse rather than a fast food joint. The buttefly shrimp were great too. Hushpuppies very good, beans on point; coleslaw to me was a bit "meh", but it's rare for me to really love coleslaw. My platter came with an army of sauces (tartar, cocktail, honey mustard, butter, sour cream). The sweet tea is teeth-achingly sweet (wish I'd gone "half and half", but then again this fit the meal). Didn't have room for dessert but the fudgies and caramel pie sound terrific. Not a bit of green or roughage on the platter (other than cabbage in coleslaw) and certainly not "healthy", but tasty as all get out and worthy of our intent.
