Stopped in for a quick lunch before an appointment. Sunny was our server, she was prompt and knowledgeable. I ordered the House Fried Rice, it comes with chicken, steak and (3) large shrimp. All three proteins seemed to be freshly grilled. Shrimp Tempura was nice and crispy, I didn't care for the sauce much. The broth for the Udon dish was flavorful. I ordered the Spicy Combo through doordash, and the image provided and description of what the order comes with was not what I had received. It stated that it would come with Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, and Spicy crab rolls; however, I had gotten ALL spicy crab rolls. The only good thing about the meal was the Miso Soup, but I will not be ordering from here again as I was left disappointed with what I had received. read more

We usually eat at Sam's Greek Gyro's next door (which is great also!) but wanted something different today. So glad we gave Kisoro a try- because we loved it! Started with 2 sushi rolls and they were both good. Then my wife ordered the lunch special hibachi steak with vegetables and fried rice. She said the steak was delicious and that the fried rice was "the best" she's ever had! I got the teriyaki steak box lunch and it was good too. Portions were generous and everything we tried tasted great. Service was prompt and when another lady (manager/owner?) checked how we liked everything and we told her how much we liked it - she had our server bring out a serving of some mango strawberry ice cream like we've never tasted before! This place is good.... But the new Yellowtail on Tiny Town is without a doubt better. The interior design, decor and building overall is old and kinda random. I can't help but compare this place to Yellowtail that is newer and hipper. Our waitress was great, extremely friendly but overworked. They were obviously short staffed despite the place not being that busy for a Friday night at 6pm. I had the firecracker appetizer that was very good. Then I shared two rolls that were both 'ok'. 5. Dark Night Roll and 13. Tiger Lily Roll. The Dark night roll was lightly fried and covered in sauce to the point that all you tasted was the sauce and it had a unique aftertaste. Visited Kisoro this afternoon for the first time and was very pleased. For starters, we had California rolls, white tuna rolls, and spicy salmon rolls - all very delicious and tasted great. My son had the tempura shrimp with noodles. Very well prepared and he thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife had steak and chicken hibachi with fried rice and vegetables with miso soup. I had the filet mignon with scallops with noodles, salad, and vegetables. All deliciously prepared and elegantly plated. Atmosphere was delightful with soft music and elegant decor. The server was amazing and took great care of us while we ate. This restaurant is great! We will be back and enjoyed our visit! read more

I ordered Kisoro's lunch special from Doordash and the food was freshly made. I got the lunch the chicken hibachi ($9) and the any 3 rolls (Alaskan Roll, Salmon Avacado and Tuna Avacado) for $12.00. The rolls looked fresh, however the sushi rice was lacking flavor and was not the best (kind of hard). To be honest, I think the only differences in the Alaskan Roll was they added cucumber to the avacado and Salmon. The sauce in the chicken habichi leaked all over the bag, which might have been the delivery person. The portion size for lunch is large, so you won't be hungry. The hibachi comes with a white mayo dipping sauce that goes great with the chicken. It has a side of grilled zucchini and veggies and i ordered it with noodles, which were okay. Each lunch comes with your choice of salad or miso soup. The soup was light and flavorful. The salad was typical, tasty side salad with sesame sauce. Over all, great lunch prices, big portions, I wish the sushi rice was better and the chicken habichi was not bad. read more

Finally checked out this place on a late Saturday afternoon. I purposely went after the lunch rush and we'll before the early dinner folks. It took almost 10 minutes before I was seated to dine in. Mind you there were only 10 guests in the entire restaurant. They need additional help or someone was just running late for their shift. After being seated it took the server 10 minutes before they brought me a glass of water. After receiving my crab rangoons which were great, the main entree took a long time. Looks like the server forgot to go and check and my veggies were a little cold. The portions are large. I ordered hibachi shrimp but the sauce that the food was cooked in had thick sauce on the plate more like gelatin. I am use to my hibachi having that destin rice taste with the garlic butter but this food was missing some key elements. The rice they sent out was burnt and tasted like old grill lol. This place needs some work. Maybe the sushi is good considering that what I originally when for but later changed my mind. read more

This was our first time visiting and we ordered 5 rolls, Ramen & stir fried Udon. Upon entering it wasnt too busy, we were greeted and seated. Our waitress was extremely kind and helpful. I forgot to get her name but she was very accommodating with our allergies. Towards the end when the seafood ramen came out and i wasn't a fan of the broth so she brought me a different broth to go with the rest of my noodles! The sushi was a hit for us, not a singe complaint for any of the rolls we tried. The music and the overall decor of the place was also not too overwhelming. This time I had the mountaineer roll and deep fried cali roll topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce. ** this is not on the menu you have to ask for it. It is a cheaper roll but I turn it into something gourmet! The sushi was good and fresh and we didn't have to wait long for service which is always a plus. The service is always impeccable here and I have nothing but positive things to say about the servers. Twice I've ordered the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen and instead gotten something with crab stick which is not wanted and tastes nothing like the pictured product. It's very disappointing because the food in the picture looks amazing and the written description sounds just as appetizing but the item I've received both times is mediocre and has a funny taste due to the crab stick. After the first mishap of receiving items I didn't order I was hesitant to order again, but since some of the things had a good taste I decided to try again but sadly I feel as if I wasted my money being optimistic and hoping that the order would be better this time. The sushi was great, but the ramen was lackluster and was not what I wanted which is very disappointing as the ramen was the main reason I've ordered from here both times.
