What really stood out, though, was the service--every single staff member we interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly. You don't see that level of kindness everywhere. Wow. Over 3 years ago, I swore I would never try this place again. Several of my fellow elite Yelpers have been encouraging me to give Sora another chance. Yesterday I finally gave in. And I am very glad I listened. I could not bring myself to try the sushi again, so i ordered chinese for the hubby and I's lunch; beef schezuan with plain rice, general Tsos chicken and an order of crab Rangoon. We used Door dash for the delivery service and the food came really fast. Hot and packaged very well. Hubby's chicken was so flavorful! The rangoons were still crispy outside but filled with yummy goodness on the inside. Egg rolls were included which we both also enjoyed. My meal wasn't bad. Good spice to it. Maybe just underwhelmed after trying hubbys tho but it was good. Even tho it said Lunch portion, the servings were such that we both had enough leftover for another meal. Is it the best Chinese I've had? No but it was very good and filling. And the rangoons were some of the tastiest we have had for Clarksville. HUGE difference from my experience when they first opened, to the extent I had to round up to a 4 star. Ty Yelpers for nagging...I mean gently encouraging me to try this place again. I can only say terrific things about this Asian fusion restaurant. We went for Thai and the waitress and staff were so nice and accommodating! Visited during a business trip - solo. I'm always on the alert for great Thai, and gave this one a chance. Staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was clean and simple. I asked for recommendations, but didn't get much from the servers. I ordered a cup of Tom Kha Gai (chicken) to start. Not a great soup. It was fresh made, but lacked the flavor of coconut. Just a little disappointing. For the main course, I ordered the Northern Thai Chicken - #5 hot. The server gave me a thumbs up for my choice. It looked great - like a yellow curry (not sure what the difference was between this and a curry - this one was on the "special" menu). Chicken, onions, potatoes, and carrots. It was cooked well and was plenty hot. But the flavor was just a bit flat. A little adjustment helped greatly: 2 packets of the brown cane sugar on the table, stirred into the broth, did the trick (another may have helped more, but I didn't want to overdo it). I would have scored a "4" if the dish tasted the same without my input. I saw good reviews posted before I went, but didn't really read them - noticing afterwards that "Thai" doesn't seem to be their strong suit. The server recommended several Chinese dishes before I ordered - maybe I should have taken that as a clue. Not the worst experience, by far. This place was quite good for the Thai food. I had the Thai Green Curry extra spicy. The spices were right on. The curry was authentic in flavor and the green beans were cooked perfectly. However I found the pricing to be a bit high. I also found the rice portion to dish portion ratio off. I think there should be more rice for the size of the dish. The dish portion was good and plenty for one person. I also had an eggroll that was tasty but not really a stand out among others. I would like to try some of their other Thai dishes. The place was clean and staff friendly. It is worth checking out but for me not often due to the pricing for the dinner menu. read more

Went here with a friend and it was definitely good overall. They have a great deal with three rolls for $12.95 and there is a fairly good variety of roll choices. I had spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and the avocado eel rolls and they were on point, especially for the price. We found our go-to Thai place in Clarksville!! I was nervous about not being able to find a good Thai restaurant in this small town, but my "fears" soon disappeared as hubby discovered this local gem! Their red curry and Thai spicy basil - both with chicken - are my favs!! Hubster gets either the Northern Thai Curry or the hibachi steak and chicken and loves them both (me too as I eat off his plate, hahaha).The food is always fresh and flavorful (no weird, texture to their meat!). Wendy and Eric are always super friendly whenever we come and the few times we've eaten in, the restaurant is comfortable and clean. I ordered on this yelp app for a delivery from Sora. Which was amazing cuz I hate talking on the phone. I placed my order before 8:10pm. For it being Clarksville, they were good. I come from Seattle so I have really high expectations on dumplings since Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone are all over, causing even the smaller restaurants to up their dumpling game. My biggest disappointment was the crab rangoons, but that particular dish has taken a decline across the country for some reason.
