The Bahn Mi was amazing I loved the bread, the contents and everything about it (though there was almost too much siracha haha). Per usual I had food envy because my wife's stir fried noodles were so good. Small family business that knows how to cook that food. Absolutely delicious! We have tried the rare steak pho and the bbq beef vermicelli, I would order them again in a heartbeat. The broth for the pho was delicious and savory. I love it when you can taste all the herbs and spices that are used. I always get extra for my husband so we can freeze it and have it when he is sick (it will cure anything in my opinion) The vermicelli was cooked to perfection. In the picture it shows raw onions with the beef but I've only had it with crispy onions which is still delicious. I also like adding some chili onion oil to it to spice things up even more. Or a chopped up jalapeño and some lime. We also love the fried egg rolls. Only 3 to an order but delicious none the less. They are very flavorful and still crispy. I the time you get your delivery. I'm so glad I tried the pho here, it is my new go-to pho spot in Clarksville. I'm somewhat of a pho enthusiast, growing up eating my mom's pho and trying pho everywhere I go. I can tell this pho is authentic, Vietnamese pho, made with fresh ingredients and the right spices in the broth. Their broth is extremely satisfying and the meat is high quality, which is extremely important for a pho. I really like their Pho Tai, which is the thin sliced beef. Came to get a banh mi sandwich which ended up not being listed on the actual menu. When I asked for it I was told they have it and can make it. My sandwich came wrapped in paper towel, it has little to no meat. Pork was the only meat filling offered which was fine except it was not good and there was barely anything in the sandwich. I'm not upset that I paid for it, it was only $6 but it was not a very good banh mi sandwich at all and trust my husbands family is Vietnamese and I have eaten plenty. I have been to Pho Real twice. The first time being over 6months ago, and the second time being today (9-24-2021). I ordered Pho Chicken Noodle Soup, 2 orders of egg rolls, and shrimp, chicken, and beef fried rice. I ordered over the phone and came in to pick up. When I approached the counter it was a young girl with glasses who I interacted with. She first asked me did I order Pho with extra rice noodles, and I kept telling her no that's not what I ordered. Finally she found my order. I paid right then and there and sat down because the order was not ready. I waited about 8 minutes, and an older woman brought my order out and sat it on the table. The older woman asked if I called in an order and she confirmed what she brought out was my order. I asked the young girl if that was my order to be sure and she said yes. I grabbed my order and proceeded to leave, but the older woman yells out 'ma'am did you pay?' I tell her yes I already paid. So the older woman turns and asks the young girl if I paid and the young girl tells her adamantly that I did not pay! Not only that but the young girl says I didn't pay AGAIN after the older woman asked her again. So I had to come back up to the counter and go back and forth about I paid and then they finally went through the receipts. The older woman pulls out a receipt that is not mine and I tell her 'no that's not my signature.' She finally found my receipt which was at the top because only two other people had paid after I paid. I don't mind the older woman asking me if I paid, it is the fact that the young girl told this woman I did not pay when In fact I did and had paid her!(the young girl). This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth and I definitely will not be spending anymore money at this restaurant. I will try a different Pho restaurant from now on. Food was mediocre to say the least as well, but the experience made the food unappetizing to me . 2/5 read more
