While Isaias only checked in a couple of times, his younger brother was on site daily leading the crew and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it. They were always on time (8:00 AM every single day) and cleaned up nicely afterward. What impressed me most was how they handled a few small issues during the job; the moment I brought something up, they fixed it right away without any pushback or arguing. You can tell they just want the customer to be happy. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out and will definitely be hiring them again! First there is Fred, Neema and family at the showroom who together made the whole experience worry free. Their knowledge and expertise in the products was obvious. Once narrowing our options down, Neema and Fred both stopped by as scheduled to measure the space and provide recommendations while also dropping off samples to visualize. Both stated multiple times, there is no rush, take your time. Once we locked down Fred stated the material should be ready for install in 2 weeks and beat the date. Once the material was ready, next up was installation. Neema called to ensure our questions on install were answered and like clockwork, Manuel and the team showed up ahead of time and installed our flooring with precision. What amazed us was that throughout the process, Manuel checked in multiple times to make sure we were up to date on the work. Install was unbelievably professional and the post install cleanup was impressive. No dirt or anything left behind. Only a phenomenal floor that only made us question why we waited so long. Multiple times at the end of install and the next day, both Manuel and Neema stated that if we had any questions to just call. So how good are these guys? The next morning Neema called to check in and asked if he could stop by to verify the work and our satisfaction. Our response - Wow. This team is awesome as every step throughout the process was calm and easy. Next time the only choice is "1st Choice Flooring Kitchen and Bath". Thank you all for a fantastic job and amazing floor.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and MZ Remodeling Construction…read more I had a little bit of damage in my kitchen and had initially reached out to a different company (two different companies). The first estimate given (by the other company) was 4500 for just the demo, the second was 3500 (again, just for the demo), I had endless calls with different people through these two companies, it was so frustrating and it felt as though I could never get a straight answer (even something as basic as what would the timeline be, should we go through insurance, is this even necessary because it doesn't look that bad, it doesn't look like 4500 of demo). When I called Mark, he came out within like one business day, talked me through what to do and gave me advice that amounts to like less then $100 of fixes I can DO MYSELF (and they're not even hard).
