First- his work is the best. I mean flawless. He will tell you what you need what others are doing, what IKEA will tell you and how to respond to them. The subcontractors who originally installed our kitchen cabinets did such a pathetic job that an entire section began separating from the wall and was getting ready to crash down entirely. Of all the service providers I have found through Yelp, I can say without exaggeration that he is the best find by far. GREAT WORK. This past summer, Robert installed all the cabinetry, appliances and lighting for my kitchen remodel using Omega cabinets. I've attached a few pictures that speak for themselves. He cleaned up after himself each day and always locked the doors if he was leaving before I got home. Having worked with him for some 3 weeks on the project, I can say with complete confidence that I would recommend him to my family and friends. HONEST. After working with Robert on the kitchen, I basically wanted him to do everything else in the house....but unfortunately Robert is the go to person for some local kitchen designers so he is very, very busy. I was lucky enough to have him install some bathroom vanities for my bath remodel and you know what, this was the first time a contractor ever asked me to pay less than his quote. Robert had given me a flat quote for the vanities, which price I already thought was reasonable. After he saw them and did the work, he said it did not take as much time as expected and reduced my price. I happily paid him before he changed his mind. (I live in Newport Coast so most contractors think that's a license to double or triple their price...it's sad but true). GOOD ATTITUDE. I'm a picky person and notice everything and Robert is detailed oriented, so we make a good team. Robert is also very patient and if I wanted something changed from what we originally talked about, he did it, with no attitude. He also has great suggestions and ideas on how to solve design issues and is always eager to help. He showed up to the job with a smile and worked efficiently. RELIABLE. I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time now. Robert installed our entire dream kitchen, appliances and backsplash included. We bought a fixer about a year and a half ago and endured an extensive renovation which involved many contractors. Robert was by far our favorite in the process. From start to finish Robert was available to provide his expertise and invaluable knowledge of the Ikea products. He has installed hundreds of Ikea kitchens and it shows in his work. That's when we turned to Yelp to find someone that can handle our demolition as well as installation. Robert does it all! He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He built and installed custom cabinets for our living room and master and they are utter perfection.
