I had coffee Oreo and my husband had Irish cream. The flavors were excellent, lots of cookie chunks in mine. I really liked the texture too. It was very smooth and creamy, not icy, but somehow felt lighter on the tongue than a lot of premium ice cream does. When I arrived, I couldn't figure out where Three Fins was because, even though I saw a stand alone sign when I entered the parking lot, I just saw this large building. That building, is an old health club. Three Fine Coffee . . . is the old health club. The seating area is in the old swimming pool. You can still see the tile and the water depth makers. They have a big outside seating area too. Three Fins roasts their own coffee beans at their facility in West Dennis. They use those beans in Chatham, and sell the beans for home use as well. They have a ton of specialty food and drink Merch too. My black iced coffee was good. They'll make you a pour over with any of their beans. So you can get the exact flavor profile you want. Three Fins has a glass case of pastries, cookies, etc. I went off season. So the case wasn't that full. I imagine it's packed in the Summer. I bought a peanut butter cookie dipped in their chocolate. The cookie was a bit hard for my tastes, but the chocolate part was good. Three Fins has so much space, they decided to start making their own Single Origin Chocolate on premises.
