Enjoyed the momos. The kids liked their Italian sandwich. The momos had the perfect amount of spice.

Great spot to eat in Chatham! I ordered the aloo dum for takeout--generous portion and really tasty. A bit on the pricey side, but the quality of the food made it worth it.

We stumbled upon this place while strolling down Main Street in Chatham. I was happy to see the positive reviews so we decided to stop in. The place is small with about 4 tables inside and a few outside but the take out business is extremely strong. We decided to eat in. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and my husband chose a Cubano panini. Before cashing out a humongous chocolate chip cookie was calling our name. The chicken tikka masala was a good size serving which equated to two meals for me. The cubano was also good size and quite tasty. The thick chocolate chip cookie was moist and satisfied us both. The staff is very cordial . The only downside is no public rest rooms. Otherwise it was a great stop.

What a well kept secret! This little gem was our go to for the week we stayed in Chatham. Must try is the Everest Momo. Grabbed an order to take to an Anglers game and had to fight people off. Had the Cubano, so good!!! The sir fry was great. My wife loved their Ice Caps. Can't wait to go back next year.

Cute little seating area, lots of photos of the Himalayas as the owner is Nepalese.

I still love this place!!! Went there this morning (9/30/24) to bring a friend who had never been. I recommended the curry burrito and the blueberry scone as always, my 2 fav's. And they surprised us with a lil' soup too. How kind!!! A reminder if you haven't seen my other reviews, come here for very affordable and amazing poke, bowls, pastries and dumplings. Wonderful staff and a casual setting.

We were craving some healthy lunch options when on vacation and we loveeeeeed lunch at Public cafe. It was the meal we talked about as our fav when in Cape Cod, which was surprising! The veg momo was sooooooo delicious. Well seasoned and fresh ingredients. The curry rice was also delicious though I will say I expected a fried rice adjacent meal and it was more a veg curry with a side of white rice. This portion was enormous! The Mediterranean panini was also much yum with great combo of flavors. We really loved our whole meal and would be regulars here if we lived near by. Food took about 15 mins to be cooked to order and staff was friendly. Casual, humble vibes inside but welcoming. There were 2 outdoor table options and 4 indoor. Run to Public Cafe!

Delicious food in a quaint beach town. I was passing through Chatham on an early Sunday morning looking for a matcha latte and Public Cafe popped up on my search. I knew I had to go. The idea of being able to eat yummy poke at 10am with an iced matcha latte made me so happy. It got extremely crowded in the cozy space but the staff worked quickly to get everyone served in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

I did not expect to find Nepalese flavors in Cape Cod, but this was a nice surprise. Delicious momo dumplings - juicy, well seasoned filling without oiliness, and there was pleasant chew to the dough. The tomato sauce added a complimentary touch of acidity without too much spice. The space is cozy with a few indoor tables, there is a bit of outdoor seating outside.

This place is INCREDIBLE! The best lunch we had in Chatham on our trip. My fiancé and I split the turkey pesto sandwich and the Everest momo, and he got a cup of chicken soup to try. Everything was extremely fresh, so flavorful, and of such high quality. I only wish we lived closer to Public Cafe so we could go everyday! Do not skip this place!

    MoMo

Probably some of best Momo and chicken noodle soup I've ever had. Never would have thought that curry-style spices would blend so well with chicken noodle. Unassuming on the outside but delightful staff, food, and experience. I wish they had one near my house as I would drive hours to visit here. So so good! 10/5 recommend.

The cafe has indoor and outdoor seatings! The price is high compared to the quality of food. The food was decent and service was ok!

I gravitate toward places with home-baked treats, chill energy, and humans who know how to share space well. My first visit to Hey Joe was genuinely enjoyable. It's the kind of spot that made me think, "If I owned a coffee shop, this is exactly what it would feel like." The staff were friendly, and there's plenty of seating including quieter side rooms perfect for conversation or focused work. The coffee is solid. No decaf espresso, which is a bummer, and the dry cappuccino wasn't quite dry, but still good. The biscuit was great: gorgeous, buttery exterior, though a bit soft inside. The jam paired nicely, too. I loved the soft music and the overall inviting atmosphere. There's no Wi-Fi, but my hotspot covered me just fine. Overall, a warm, charming place I'd happily return to.

So I decided my review, is just going to be lead sentences. Feel free to pick your favorite. Hey Joe and Jam, a new coffee shop in Chatham, is at the forefront of a high quality coffee shop Revolution near the Cape's Elbow. Perhaps no Coffee Shop in the Northeast, has ever created, such amazing homemade biscuits, and served them with their own homemade jam, and salted high end butter cubes. In my 30 plus years of drinking coffee, I can't recall ever being more amazed, at a coffee shop's cool, eclectic, and musically-themed decor, than I was at Hey Joe and Jam.
