Three Fins Coffee in Chatham has to be the most epic coffee shop on the Cape. I found it on Yelp…read morewhen I visited the area. I put the address into my GPS. When I arrived, I couldn't figure out where Three Fins was because, even though I saw a stand alone sign when I entered the parking lot, I just saw this large building. That building, is an old health club. Three Fine Coffee . . . is the old health club. The seating area is in the old swimming pool. You can still see the tile and the water depth makers. They have a big outside seating area too. Three Fins roasts their own coffee beans at their facility in West Dennis. They use those beans in Chatham, and sell the beans for home use as well. They have a ton of specialty food and drink Merch too. My black iced coffee was good. They'll make you a pour over with any of their beans. So you can get the exact flavor profile you want. Three Fins has a glass case of pastries, cookies, etc. I went off season. So the case wasn't that full. I imagine it's packed in the Summer. I bought a peanut butter cookie dipped in their chocolate. The cookie was a bit hard for my tastes, but the chocolate part was good. Three Fins has so much space, they decided to start making their own Single Origin Chocolate on premises. They sell the bars and tell you exactly where they are from. We bought a few bars and they're very good. Three Fins opened earlier this year. I bet it's going to be huge in season. 4.25 Stars

And I know my coffee, I try to go to as many different coffee shops as possible. Will be missing this place when I go back to Boston. Of course the location is so cute, but the coffee is next level delicious, and the chocolate is to die for.

The hot chocolate and lattes are not good. I don't recommend them at all. They're bitter. You can't…read moretaste any flavor shots in the lattes. But the food is great. It was the only place open for breakfast midweek one day, so we filled up. Breakfast sandwiches were simple but good. Cupcakes were very moist even the next day. Whoopie pies have too much frosting, but if you just scrape some off, they're great. Pistachio muffins were great, too. Don't sleep on the food here.

Chatham Perk was always a great go to place for some bagels and coffee when in the area. Yes…read moresummertime could be a little busy with people ordering unbelievable numbers of breakfast sandwiches and science experiments for drinks but it always seemed to flow well enough. I was surprised to see the Cape Cod coffee logo all over the place when I arrived as I did not think that was their coffee supplier. It turns out that Cape Cod coffee purchased this business which did not excite me because I have had mediocre experiences at Cape Cod coffee locations. I stopped in here today and the crowd wasn't overwhelming. I tried to order a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a small coffee however was told that they were out of plain bagels, which at 11 o'clock in the morning isn't necessary surprising I ordered a sesame bagel instead The clerk informed me that it was taking more than 15 minutes for breakfast sandwiches. I asked her if that included a toasted bagel and she said that yes, it would. I appreciate the fact that she was very upfront about it rather than having me wait unknowingly. I decided to simply skip the coffee and bagel. Unfortunately, my fear is that Cape Cod coffee has ruined a nice local business.

We had the privilege of being in Chatham for a month, and this became our home bar, not the Squire…read more We went about 5 times over the summer. Might as well rename this place to Orlando's, because that's why we went and that's what we called it. He makes the best drinks on the cape, and was the best company I've ever had from a bar tender. He makes incredible, drinks, might as well claim "Orlando's" as home of the pain killer. He makes a damn good one. With a big beautiful smile, exuberance and Joy we just loved hanging out at our home bar away from home. The food leans more on the healthy side and while stuffing yo face full of cholesterol on the cape your gut might need a break. From grain bowls to smoothies you'll like the food but love the company.

What do you know about love?…read more.. Me? Not much... Be that as it may, I was in the Chatham area of Cape Cod during the 4th of July Weekend on business. Needed something wholesome to eat... capital punishment penalties pending for anything ordered from Wendy's late-night window menu. No bueno. Lol. So, I began a hard target search for good vibes and better food. I searched every Cape Cod beachhouse, penthouse, greenhouse, waterhouse, earth-house, lighthouse, boathouse, meeting-house, steakhouse, and coffeehouse. After some extensive clicks and swipes and a few phone calls, I settled on giving the Chatham Moods Cafe & Grill an in-person visit. Jackpot. Now... What do you know about love at first sight?... Me? Not much. Just the same, the moment I pulled up, there was a current of positivity drawing me in. Emma, the hospitable hostess, greeted me, offered her recommendations from the Caribbean menu, took my order, and seated me with the warmest 3-1-3 smile known to humanity. As I listened to the stereo pumping melodies and island sounds from Jamaica, I stretched my legs and felt blessed. I asked for a fruity non-alcoholic beverage. And Emma aka "La Professora" the mixologist happily obliged. Delicious. As for the food... What do you know about love at first bite? Me? Not much. The soup was heavenly. It was that good. The jerk chicken in lite stew sauce was sensational... And: You've gotta try the crab and corn chowder soup. I don't know much of anything. But I do know this establishment was a godsend with 2 angels at the front, an angel in the kitchen, and a divine atmosphere. Priceless. If you're ever in the Chatham area of Cape Cod you've gotta try them out. Orlando, the master chef, and his team will treat you like an honored guest. As for today, I'm considering taking my All-Savants Transportation Team down to swallow a taste of heaven. Yum. With smiles, Benney
