And this is after I ate some off the top! Yum!!

The Best lobster roll!! And everything else!! Fresh and delicious, definitely in the top 5 of lobster rolls on cape!! Maybe it's number 1#?? Go find out! They just opened back up yesterday!

Delicious! Fresh seafood, great variety - Jr Angler was perfect size

The Quick: Quick and delicious local fried seafood. Really enjoyed the Jr Angler (which had a little bit of everything). Fantastic tartar sauce + I believe it's family owned/run. Outdoor seating and perfect for a quick bite The Details: One of us loves fish and chips while the other lives clam bellies... And we both love fried scallops! This place accommodated and was super delicious. You can tell the seafood is local and freshly caught- so juicy and flavorful. Thanks for being so accommodating! A bit off the beaten path while being a super easy walk from the main street in downtown Chatam. We'll absolutely stop by again next time we're in town. The damage: very reasonable for the area

Run to this place for the best lobster roll in Chatham and quite possibly on the Cape! Jen and Paul are super nice and Paul makes the lobster rolls fresh. You want light mayo? You want no mayo? Done. You get really good chunks of lobster and you can taste the great quality in every bite. The fries are also made fresh, they don't sit around. They are piping hot, and that's what makes them so good. The fried clam bellies are delicious and the tartar sauce is great. I also LOVED the clam chowder here! Super thick and creamy with plenty of good contents not just the soup. I came here twice in less than 24 hours!

Lobster roll & shrimp basket! Amazing!!

Wow wow the lobster is so fresh!! And the shrimp basket was delicious, it was light & crispy & not greasy!! The tartar sauce is excellent, even the cocktail sauce was great and I don't usually like cocktail sauce. Definitely recommend this place!!

Amazing Fish and Chips! Local Haddock in a large 6oz portion. Perfectly crisp. Delicious homemade tartar sauce. Comes with fries and quite possibly the best onion rings you'll ever have on top! We ordered three servings for our party of three. It was almost too much food but it was so delicious we didn't notice. You order at the counter and sit down. The outdoor patio was very nice and the food was brought out quickly! Cost for three fish and chips and two drinks (+1 water) was around $77. When I paid, I admit that felt high. After getting the food I'd say it was a good value. Especially now four days later when I've had similarly priced fish and chips elsewhere that was nowhere near the quality we received here!

This place did not disappoint! We got in right before a huge rush on 4th of July week. It was so busy they had to take some time to catch up and stop taking orders. I can tell you the fish and chips were the best I ever had and the lobster roll was on point. I would definitely recommend!

Main Street was nuts, insane, busy, etc. with the holiday, vacationers, visitors, soccer fans for FIFA, etc. It's the Cape! Very nice place... looks like it could have been a church, VFW Hall, or something or another. Found out it was actually a clothier back in the day, and the stained glass and pews were rescues from a church up in Maine. Nice decor, comfortable. Both lunch and dinner menu served in the early afternoon. High volume, but a few empty tables on a long holiday weekend - Friday. A little off of the beaten path, by that I mean it is not directly on Main Street, but located on Chatham Bars Avenue and down the short street a hundred feet or so and on your left. Cold, bottled San Pellegrino with lime and lemon. Started with the raw bar, well worth the short wait! 18 fat, cold, and briney oysters that were shucked to perfection. The Shrimp Cocktail was great too. She had the Floey's Tuna Sandwich, along with the pasta salad; the tuna had capers mixed in which was a very nice touch! I had the broiled scallops and asparagus; an incredible butter/lemon sauce. Both done exceptionally well. Clean facility, plenty of room, and a wicked nice staff too! Truly, a hidden gem and a must visit! No negatives whatsoever!

I also love that there's both a full dining room and a separate bar area, so whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down with family, it fits the occasion. We started on the bar side, which was extremely busy and we couldn't find a seat for about 30 minutes. The only downside is that seating is first come, first serve, so you end up hovering around tables waiting for people to leave, which wasn't ideal. We eventually got frustrated and went next door. Even though they're separate, the bar and restaurant are connected, so you can easily walk between the two. We ended up having an amazing meal at the restaurant side, so it was definitely worth switching over. I highly recommend the lobster roll. I'm giving 4 stars mainly because of the experience on the bar side.

We sit at the bar and after 5 minutes or so, we place our drink order. So far so good. We then place our app order. Stuffed quahog and the Portugese Littlenecks. Nothing too ground breaking here. Littlenecks cook in about 6 minutes and I am sure the quahog is ready to be popped in the oven on the prep line. 45 minutes later, no apps. Bartender is back in the kitchen 3 times. Still no apps. We get to talking to a local resident next to us who ordered a salad with salmon, and she says that this was her second try at the restaurant as well and no realizes why she never came back. Her salad took about an hour. For a salad... Ok, so now we place dinner. Well we should have just paid at that point and gone to the Squire for a burger cause now we wait another hour for our dinners. Which when they come out are ice cold. Mind you we had baked cod and a pasta dish. Neither of those should take more than 20 minutes to prep. We have now been in this place over 2 hours and didn't get to eat a dinner. What a huge disappointment. Sad thing is this place can get away with bad service because they are attached to an inn in downtown. So people will never stop eating there. But hopefully with a few more bad reviews, they will figure something out or close.
