ARRRRRGHHH!!!! Came here to get sandwiches for a beach picnic. The staff is very nice. Ordered the Tom Terrific but substituted Feta for the Provolone, no tomato, no onion and added cucumber of which they charged me for. Well, the sandwich came without any of the add ons I paid extra for and also the things I asked to be removed was on it including the Provolone cheese I asked to be substituted for Feta!! Super frustrating to have to peel off tomato and onion and throw away cheese you dont like. There was alot of Turkey and Salami on it tho. We also ordered the Tricky Dick which is the tuna salad sandwich. The tuna salad was so soupy and had so much Mayonnaise that the bread was wet and soggy! We thru half of this sandwich in the trash. Just Awful! Totally ruined our beach picnic and was a waste of money. I do not recommend this place.

Surprisingly good. The Dalai Lama sandwich looks ordinary. However it is bursting with flavor. The outdoor seating is comfortable and the staff is helpful. We will return.

    Killer choc chip cookies!

I say, without exaggeration, that the Dalai Lama is in the top 5 breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. I asked the staff for recommendations and they did not lead me astray. Egg was cooked perfectly, everything stayed nice and hot, great grill on the Taylor ham, and somehow the bread never got soggy. The avocado toast was also a hit, they use real avocado slices and not a spread. Great atmosphere -- we ate at a picnic table outside on a nice day and there was a good shade/sun balance. I'll definitely be back.

    Chicken Caesar Wrap

Chicken Caesar wrap was AMAZING and the tuna grinder was, too! My husband loved the seeded roll it came on, and loved how there was tuna on the top and bottom of the roll. We can't wait to go back!

    The daily menu.

On our way up the Cape for a little lighthouse-hopping adventure, we made a lunchtime stop at Cibo,…read moreand wow--this place is the real Italian deal. The second I walked through the door, I knew we were in for something authentic. The air was filled with the unmistakable smell of fresh sauce, garlic, and quality ingredients. The vibe? Warm, casual, and confidently no-frills in the best way. When my boyfriend's mom asked for mayo and was kindly offered a side of house-made marinara instead, we knew we had struck Italian gold. I ordered the Caprese panini, and while I didn't love the bread at first glance, it surprised me--it was light enough to let the real stars shine: creamy, fresh mozzarella and that incredible homemade pesto. I actually finished the whole sandwich (a rare feat when most leave me full of nothing but bread). My boyfriend (and his parents) devoured their sandwiches without a word, leaving only a few crumbs and a slightly smug expression. We also split an arancini ball for just $5--and it was hefty. Flavorful and golden, though the cheese inside could've used a bit more melt inside. Still worth it, especially at that price. Cibo offers both made-to-order paninis and a full spread of pre-prepared Italian dishes that looked straight out of Nonna's kitchen. Think: lasagna, pastas, cold salads, and a take-and-bake section with house-made pasta and sauces. The gourmet coffee bar smelled like heaven and used fresh ingredients--no plastic creamer pods in sight. Even the dessert case looked like it had stories to tell. Aside from some Cape Cod chips and bottled Coke, everything here felt distinctly and proudly Italian. This is a spot that knows exactly what it is and does it well. 10/10 would detour for this place again.
