The sandwiches are okay, nothing special, but the service is what really brings this place down. The staff came across as unwelcoming and seemed like they didn't want to be there, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable. In an area like Lone Tree with so many great lunch options, it's hard to understand why I'd come back. Good food can make up for average service, and great service can make up for average food. Here, unfortunately, neither stood out enough to justify another visit. read more

I absolutely used to live this place. I wasn't even sure they were still around but I found and had for lunch today. First off this concept of how whichwich works is amazing and caters to what I love. I thought th white bread was a little lacking something. I thought it used to taste different not sure. Mine was delivery and a little soft and wet but it also might be how I ordered it. I overdone all the time. Sour kraut, slaw, mayo, mustard, peppers, lettuce, tomatoes turkey, pepper spread, thousand island dressing but what do you expect with all that on there. Still a great sandwich read more

Always want to enjoy this place as ita close to work but every time I try it, I'm always underwhelmed. Crab salad sandwich didn't have much flavor and the fries were cold. Food was delivered so I can't complain about service as everything seemed to be in the bag that we ordered for work. Would be more inclined to go to other sandwich shops nearby. read more

Service here is fast and efficient. Grab a brown paper bag and a red marker and make your selection and then bring it up to the front counter. A few mins later the employee that makes your sandwich will call out your name. My food was fresh, hot and tasty. Good experience all around. read more

Sandwich was delish but other sandwich shops have better. The issue is I was the only person in there and I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich and milkshake because he forgot to make them. Will not return read more

The food is good but Management sucks! The poor employee had to deal with 10 orders by himself because Management is so incompetent and cheap that they only scheduled one person! Finally tried the sandwiches here and I really like the personalized ordering system. The Philly cheese steak is good and the bread is really soft. Great staff helping you with questions and additional condiments. Nice and clean restaurant. read more

I made my order and I paid with my debit card. I always select the no receipt option as it comes out on my account. First off, the workers there were very nice and fast to serve. less than 6 minutes to get 4 different orders. Bread was soft and toasty and everything inside of the bread was great. By far the best sandwich place I've been to. read more

On the hunt for all the sandwiches in the area me and lil bro came here for lunch. Def better than Capriottis and the value is way better. Faster too. Id say it's right on par with rudis deli and jersey mikes. You can see in the pictures what we ordered. I like that they have a lot of options, byo wich, and bacon. Capriottis had neither. They have a great way of making your own. You just mark what you want on the bag and hand it to them. They make the sandwich and put it in the bag. Really good. Love coming here for lunch. read more

Came here for lunch. Not one customer was in the entire place. The two girls behind the counter never had a smile on their face or even asked what I wanted, I just started ordering. There was a little piece of mold in my daughters sandwich, my sandwich had very little meat, and the restaurant was filthy. Food and trash on the floor, tables, and no paper towels in the women's bathroom. There was a leak on the men's toilet that had water in the floor. She forgot ranch for my fries. I went up to the counter only to find both of them in the back office, sitting ON the desk, and on their cell phones. I had to yell to get their attention. They should have been cleaning that filthy place! Def won't be coming back to this location! read more

This was one of my families favorite sandwich shops and now it is terrible. Worst service and sandwich I have ever had. Mushy and no substance at all. Also couldn't eat in the restaurant because only one person was working. Won't eat there again for sure. read more

Man behind the counter was unbelievably rude. I tried to ask where to stand for pick ups, he said he wasn't helping me yet. I moved to the side to wait, he said I needed to move because he was helping someone who was on the other side of the restaurant and was no where near the counter yet (and neither was I). Fortunately a lady from the back came out and knew where my food was. Still, the man tried to give my fries to the other customer, was upset when the lady corrected him, and then said "you don't need that" when I asked for my drink that I had already paid for. The lady corrected him again and gave me my complete order. He was also rude to an elderly woman who came in after me and slapped her order out of her hand while refusing to answer any of her questions. Really unnecessarily hostile experience. read more

I have no idea what took me so long to try Which Wich, but I can tell you it will be added to my regular rotation of lunch stops from today forward! WW is a place that just gets it right. They do the obvious - let you 100% customize YOUR sandwich. As you walk into the place you are greeted with a station filled with paper bags. The idea is you fill out the bag to customize the sandwich you want. No preordained selection here, nope, it is all up to you. The selection is extensive, so it is a bit overwhelming at first, however I defaulted to a sandwich I usually eat at Quiznos (Turkey, Bacon, Swiss, Ranch, Lettuce & Tomato) and it did not disappoint. The bread is fresh and soft and the ingredients are plentiful! No skimping here. Only con: Parking. It is over in the shops near Park Meadows where Chiptole and Game Stop are and there are very little parking at lunch. It is best to just park at Barnes & Noble and walk over! Easier to get out :) It is just good stuff. read more

Used to frequent the convention center location when we tired if Cheba Hut. The staff at this location is nice, clean establishment. No loyalty program. Ordered Buffalo chicken. Not the best, dry chicken chunks inside the bread and they put BBQ sauce on, which was not what I ordered. Man I'm picky. read more

Oh, man. OhmanOhmanOhmanOhmanOhmanOhman. Oh, man. I love this place. Mostly because I'm a picky eater and a hands on kind of girl and Which Wich satisfies both of these criteria. Basically you walk in and as everyone said fill out the bag with what you want on your sandwich. What I hadn't heard was that each bag is for a particular kind of meat. So, choose carefully or you may get a breakfast sandwich with pickles and mustard. Bleh. Anyway, the serving sizes are perfect - no foot longs here. Also, they have homemade chips if you want those instead of Lays or whatever. And you can get shakes or malts. Super rad! read more

Which Wich and snarfs are my go to sandwich shops. Which Wich has fresh ingredients that are delicious. One knock is that they recently changed how you order so it is no longer as customizable but it's still better by a large gap than subway and other chain sandwich shops. I was in Denver on business and came here for lunch. I got the Turkey club and it was amazing. This is kind of like quiznos , as they warm up the sandwhiches, however I'd say it's better quality. Which wich is relatively close to my work and it's been there for a while and I haven't been, so we figure what the heck today and went over. You walk in the door and they have a big carousel filled with bags and pens so you can write out (circle it on a bag) your order. I actually like this idea so that there's no confusion and you get exactly what you want. I ordered a turkey on wheat with lettuce and cheese. I'm a fairly simple sandwich person :) I'd classify what I got as more of a toasted sub than a sandwich, but it worked for me. The sandwich/sub was good and hot and I think between the wife and I the order was only $15 so it was somewhat of a bargain, too. We'll definitely be going back! read more

Love this location. Good people with fast service and working heart. I have been this place couple times. When they busy they focus on get the orders ready for guest; as far as they slow down I saw workers here coming out from the counter starts cleaning everywhere. For sandwiches, I just feel Which Wich has better fresh ingredients than other chains. Even I cannot see food laying at the cooler which you can see like subway. But the taste really makes you think they are just way better place than others. Recently my favorites things to try is sandwich from their specialty menu. Before I don't remember they have there many options. However I almost love every sandwich they put out so far. 5 stars for this location! read more

Which Wich sammies and salads are great. Plus order a cookie and have it tossed in the oven. Unforunately, this location suffers from the worst parking lot in the Park Meadows area. I either have to visit before 11:30 or after 1:30 --- unless I want to park over at Ulta. read more

Which Wich is a good option for a quick bite to eat. I came in on a Sunday around noon. There's was a couple of people int he restaurant, but it wasn't packed or super busy. They have a large selection of meats for sandwiches and the R&D sandwich is always interesting. I like stacking the meats and putting all into a "lettucewith" where the basically replace the bread and wrap the sandwich in iceberg lettuce. It's not well known, but if you hike a 14er and take a picture at the summit with one of their bags you can get a free sandwich. Just bring in a printout of you and the Which Wich bag at the summit and...BAM free sandwich. I do this all the time! Don't think I've ever actually paid for a sandwich here! We were on our way to Garden of the Gods when we had to stop off at Barnes and Noble bookstore for my 11 year old daughter to read for the ride. We were pretty hungry and this sandwich place was right there. We normally don't do these types of places but we wanted something quick so we could be on our way. Came in for a sandwich, ending up Ordering Philly cheesesteak. It was Skimpy on the meat and didn't taste good. More bread than anything. Also forgot to give me my French fries. When I went back to the counter to ask for them, the young lady was very rude. Slammed a different order down in front of my face and then turned her back without answering. Once she was turned Around with her back to me she addressed my question about the French fries and continued to ask large or regular. I was never asked a size and didn't know as it was my first time here and she continued to just repeat herself large or reguLar after I told her I didn't know what size. The manager was standing right next to her and said she must be stressed out because they were very busy. There was only about 5 - 6 other people sitting around the restaurant without anyone in line. This was Just not good food, the service made it worse. I Will never ever return to any of these chains. And as I left it was empty in the restaurant so not too sure how stressed out this place was. read more

Yum! So, so many pros. The best part is the basic concept in ordering. When you walk in, you pick a brown paper bag that is labeled with the basic kind of sandwich you want: chicken, turkey, veggie, whatever. There's a bucket of red pens and you just mark on the bag whatever you want: mustard, cole slaw, cucumbers, buffalo sauce, hummus, avocado, cheez whiz, bell peppers, there's like a gajillion different things you can get (they're all listed on the website). I love that you just mark what you want on the bag, because I am that annoying, picky eater who's like, "I want the club with no ham, add avocado, no mayo, sub spicy mustard for the regular..." and I feel like a pain and half the time it's wrong. I love the fool-proof ordering. After you order, just sit down and wait for them to call your name to get your sandwich. And it's delicious! All the sandwiches are toasted, and it's might tasty bread. Good veggies, too. I also like places that have fountain coke, because I like to mix. Extra bonus points from me for any restaurant that makes its nutritional information available (it's on their website). I like to know what I'm eating. They have a punch card system something like 10 sandwiches and the next one's free! read more
