Id say it's right on par with rudis deli and jersey mikes. You can see in the pictures what we ordered. I like that they have a lot of options, byo wich, and bacon. Capriottis had neither. Man behind the counter was unbelievably rude. I tried to ask where to stand for pick ups, he said he wasn't helping me yet. I moved to the side to wait, he said I needed to move because he was helping someone who was on the other side of the restaurant and was no where near the counter yet (and neither was I). Fortunately a lady from the back came out and knew where my food was. Still, the man tried to give my fries to the other customer, was upset when the lady corrected him, and then said "you don't need that" when I asked for my drink that I had already paid for. The lady corrected him again and gave me my complete order. I have no idea what took me so long to try Which Wich, but I can tell you it will be added to my regular rotation of lunch stops from today forward! WW is a place that just gets it right. They do the obvious - let you 100% customize YOUR sandwich. As you walk into the place you are greeted with a station filled with paper bags. The idea is you fill out the bag to customize the sandwich you want. No preordained selection here, nope, it is all up to you. The selection is extensive, so it is a bit overwhelming at first, however I defaulted to a sandwich I usually eat at Quiznos (Turkey, Bacon, Swiss, Ranch, Lettuce & Tomato) and it did not disappoint. The bread is fresh and soft and the ingredients are plentiful! No skimping here. Only con: Parking. It is over in the shops near Park Meadows where Chiptole and Game Stop are and there are very little parking at lunch. It is best to just park at Barnes & Noble and walk over! One knock is that they recently changed how you order so it is no longer as customizable but it's still better by a large gap than subway and other chain sandwich shops. Love this location. Good people with fast service and working heart. I have been this place couple times. When they busy they focus on get the orders ready for guest; as far as they slow down I saw workers here coming out from the counter starts cleaning everywhere. You walk in the door and they have a big carousel filled with bags and pens so you can write out (circle it on a bag) your order. I actually like this idea so that there's no confusion and you get exactly what you want. I ordered a turkey on wheat with lettuce and cheese. I'm a fairly simple sandwich person :) I'd classify what I got as more of a toasted sub than a sandwich, but it worked for me. Came in for a sandwich, ending up Ordering Philly cheesesteak. It was Skimpy on the meat and didn't taste good. More bread than anything. Also forgot to give me my French fries. When I went back to the counter to ask for them, the young lady was very rude. Slammed a different order down in front of my face and then turned her back without answering. Yum! So, so many pros. The best part is the basic concept in ordering. When you walk in, you pick a brown paper bag that is labeled with the basic kind of sandwich you want: chicken, turkey, veggie, whatever. There's a bucket of red pens and you just mark on the bag whatever you want: mustard, cole slaw, cucumbers, buffalo sauce, hummus, avocado, cheez whiz, bell peppers, there's like a gajillion different things you can get (they're all listed on the website). I love that you just mark what you want on the bag, because I am that annoying, picky eater who's like, "I want the club with no ham, add avocado, no mayo, sub spicy mustard for the regular..." and I feel like a pain and half the time it's wrong. I love the fool-proof ordering. After you order, just sit down and wait for them to call your name to get your sandwich. And it's delicious! All the sandwiches are toasted, and it's might tasty bread. Good veggies, too. I also like places that have fountain coke, because I like to mix. It seems the gimmick of writing your order on a paper handing it to a cashier who then rings it up and passes it one is an extra step in the whole process! Yeah... So... Melissa pretty much nailed all of the fantastic and just down right cool things about Which Wich. Besides the simply basic yet fantastic ordering system, all of the sandwiches can be what you make them. This truly is, "having it your way". On my experience to Which Wich the place was packed for lunch, but that didn't seem to hold up anything. The line flowed great, sandwiches were quick and warm after diving in. Another cool yet different thing was the waiting area. Newspapers hung readily available for all to enjoy and the brown bag gallery in the back was something to take in. (More like a collection of brown bag art by people with too much time on their hands.) Let's not forget the staff. Although your typical late teen employees are everywhere this time of year, (summer break) the staff at WW is awesome. Unfortunately the sandwich line made a mistake on my order and promptly called me back to the counter. Without hesitation the person handing out the orders apologized for the mistake and slapped a free sandwich card in my hand.
