As someone who has never been to or ever heard of this shop and I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place to unsuspecting newcomers. I walked in and the way you order is very confusing if you've never been there before; basically, you fill out a form and then hand it to the cashier to get your food. I tried asking what I was supposed to be doing and the cashier looked at me and said 'just fill out the form on the slip'. That was all the explanation I got out of her. The food is good but the way they do orders and the lack of communication between staff and new customers is VERY upsetting. I feel this place could do a lot better if they were more friendly and communicated better with newer customers that are not aware of how they operate. read more

We love which wich and always stop when we are near one. We were excited to be near one after my son's baseball tournament ended. We look up the hours prior to loading up and driving, it's says closes at 10pm. We arrive at 8:50 to a locked door and mopped floor. Business hours should be accurate. So went in this location on a Monday for lunch, it took 20 minutes to get my order.. There was 8 customers in the place and 6 staff. Finally got the sandwich carried it home about 2 miles and the bread was crusty and old as if it had been sitting out to long. The only reason I would give it a three is because I have eaten in some of their other locations that were quite efficient and had good food. I left Which Wich today more pissed off than I've ever been leaving a restaurant. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this Which Wich location since it first opened. We used the punch cards every time we came in to eat. We both had punch cards that were full so today we decided we were going to go get our free subs. We get to Which Wich, pull out our punch cards, the lady at the register says we get free 7 inch subs. Then she asks someone how to give us the discount and we're told we can't use our punch card because the restaurant had switched over to electronic cards. Then the register lady proceeds to move our free sandwiches over to the electronic card to give us our free sandwiches. Then she told us we couldn't use our cards until we registered them. So we sat at the tables to register our cards, went back up to the counter only to find out that we only had 34 out of the 35 points needed to get a free sandwich EVEN THOUGH we had a FULL punch card that said we would get a FREE sandwich. The workers were very rude. I have never had such horrible customer service. We ended up paying FULL price for our subs even though the lady at the register took off all the points on one of our cards in order to give us a free sub. I will not be returning to this location and I will make sure to let all of my friends and family who also go to this location how bad our service was today. read more
