They put me in a loaner car, I am allowed 250 miles in a week. If I drove to and from work for one week, and that is all I dove I would put 560 miles on the car. When I dropped my car off I told them I was leaving town in 3 days and had to either have my car back or have something to drive. They will not let me take the loaner because it would be over 250 miles. I now have to go rent a car and Kia may or may not reimburse me. This is a huge disappointment as my car is only 1 year old and I have to pay out of pocket because it isn't running properly and is still under bumper to bumper warranty. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had Jeep's and Ford's and never ever encountered this issue - Lesson Learned with Kia!!!

The car is 4.5 inches off the ground so I had to beat the aluminum cover out from under the car in order to move it. Come to find out, the mechanics have to remove this cover to change the oil??? Fast forward a few months, the new splash shield that they installed began dragging and ultimately snapped off mid drive. While under the 1 year warranty, because the splash shield was not present and able to be brought in (somewhere in the middle of the highway broken), they would not honor the warranty. On top of that, the front bumper's eyelids that hold the splash shield are now broken from the splash shield THEY IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. Now they are quoting over $500 to fix their inadequate work. The best part is them saying they are getting their manager to approve a good will replacement on the parts since we bought the parts there, they installed it, AND they are the only people to have worked on the car for oil changes. After waiting a hour they tell is no good will was approved. Pay full price. Freaking joke. They've lost my family's business for life and don't deserve yours.

I was given a very equitable amount for my trade which was extremely important to me. Financing was quick and painless and I was pleased with my interest rate and terms. I was given a great deal which included two years of oil changes and tire rotations as well as lower than sticker pricing and the great trade in amount. The reason my comment was made a year later was due to being reminded of the one-sided bad deal my wife and I were offered on 09/26/23 when I took my new car back to the Dealership for its one-year maintenance. I had coffee and visited with my sales rep. and inquired how long it took to get the G-90 trade sold. He explained that the Dealership would have liked to have had more trades like that one and they sold it quickly for $36,950. The bottom line is, we would have driven off with a MB had the-trade amount been in the ballpark and not $5,000 off.
