The guys at wheel specialists got me in the shop quick and we're able to fix the problem caused by incorrect install by the other shop. They kept the wheels in buckets of water to check for air leaks. They cleaned my wheels and applied tire shine once completed. They also called me a few days later to follow up. I just returned today from a 10 day vacation only to arrive at the airport parking garage and find I had a flat tire. Not a great way to end a vacation. I set to work putting on the spare and pondered my next move. With a family of four, way too much luggage and a strong desire to get things fixed quickly, I decided to call Wheel Specialists, Inc. I have previously done business there and was very happy with service and results. Today, once again, they did not disappoint. Now, I realize that fixing flats is not what keeps them in business but they were on the way home and it was an easy solution. I called from the airport and they immediately began getting all of the necessary information to make the repair. They were very polite and eager to please. When I arrived at their facility, I was greeted immediately as I stepped out of the vehicle. They had the paperwork in hand and took my vehicle in immediately. 15 minutes later I was out the door and on my way. They had taken all of my luggage out of the car, returned the jack and spare to their proper place and re-loaded the car. Nice work boys! Going in, I had heard mixed reviews about customer service... let me just tell you that either completely changed or was completely false. They guys were amazing to work with. Very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job repairing my bent rim and even went as far as cleaning/inspecting the other wheels while they waited for the repair to complete. Curtis is top-notch! He saw to my wheel repair quickly and efficiently. Customer service is obviously the priority here. He dealt with my schedule changes without a flinch, completely understanding. He even knew the previous owner of my Lexus IS-F, who had also used these guys for his rims. Took my car in to get my back right tire repaired/replaced as it had deflated from a screw in the tread and after I said I'd like to shop around (I was quoted $100/ea not including labor and disposal, AND told I needed 3 new tires) they proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes for my keys and when I confronted the service rep about the delay, he fwd'd some bullshit $0.00 "receipt" to another rep so that I could be led away from the view of my car in the garage and sign it in a private office while another employee in the garage proceeded to vandalize my front left tire. I had to drive at 25mph for 1.5 miles to ensure it would not deflate entirely and got ALL THREE they originally suggested replaced at Discount Tires for $225 OUT THE DOOR. If I'd been less upset about waiting, I may have bothered to remember each individual service reps' names - but I'd strongly recommend just skipping over this establishment entirely. If you're the business owner reading this, please consider reviewing any camera footage you've hopefully had the foresight to implement in your garage and pay attention to the 2006 Honda Accord LX SE that was present on your lot between roughly 9:15am-9:50am this day of May 10, 2016. read more

Very impressive. I stopped in a bought some updated wheels for my car, price was very fair about the same as most the online shops but service made a big difference. In addition to mounting my new wheels reusing my old tires they painted the hub on my car black to match, swapped out silver lug nuts for matching black ones and even cleaned my calipers so they'd look good through the new wheels. In addition after I had the wheels installed I had no way to get the old ones home so Jeff volunteered to drop them off at my house on his way home. I won't ever go anywhere else. Thanks read more

Lying to me is an absolute no-no. That's the best way to never receive my business or refer anyone to this business. The sad thing is you tainted any decent reputation surrounding the smallest of matters- a misplaced tire pressure monitor and center cap. Don't make up a story that you gave them to me along with the rim that couldn't be repaired. You misplaced them. Own up to the mistakes. All I have to say about this place is I would not let this place put a set of wheels on my lawn mower! They sold us a set of wheels and tires set of for my Mercedes Benz amg. The incompetent idiots sold us the wrong lug nuts they were to short and needles to say I went around the corner and all 5 sheared off at the same time sending my new car into a spin into the curb while my wheel and tire went flying down the road almost hitting a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk! Did over $14,000 worth of damage and could have injured my family! When I asked for them to take responsibility for this all they offered me is a lower cost on new wheels and of that wasn't good enough try to sue them! Not good business practices! read more

I came here for a tire losing air on my escalade. Upon pulling in there was a Rolls Royce and a Lamborghini in the parking lot. Thought I was way outta my league but these guys were awesome and treated me like any other. I'm still gonna give 5 stars despite the fact that the repair took really long but at least it was done correctly and apologetically. I was referred here because of after market (26 inch wheels) and I know they are a pain but no complaints from anyone.
