We went in Sunday and were surprised to see all the lights off even thigh they were supposed to be open. We called to see what was happening and Bob left his restaurant and came to open just for our kid! The crazy thing is they were broken into the day before and so glad we could buy some things and help support. He helped us choose good beginner wheels and trucks and expertly helped us cut the grip tape. He even gave my son a mini lesson to get him started before skateboard camp. He was a super friendly guy and he helped us take care of my son's gloves. They have a wide selection of laces to choose from. My son liked the selection of new gloves, bats and other equipment to look at. After we picked out the laces and was paying for the glove services, Brandon asked my son if he wanted to try the new hitrax cages. My son jumped in and had a great time. The machines are new and they have great demo bats to swing. There are places to sit and watch while the players swing and a tv to watch any baseball games. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Picking up our gloves was easy as well. They even had the gloves done in a couple days. We will definitely be back and will let my son's friends and teammates know about Charlie Rose. I found Charlie Rose Baseball on Yelp called them on Tuesday and Jake explained the repair and said if we can bring in the glove asap, he'll make it a priority repair. Repair $50, and $10 additional for 1 hr rush. Definitely worth $60, a truly 5 star Yelp business. We will be back for some baseball gear all thanks to Jake's awesome customer service. Devin was extremely helpful, patient and easy to talk to. I originally came in with the intention of buying a spare ball but after speaking with him, I ended up going with his recommendations to move up to a heavier ball and instead work on manipulating my hand position to shoot my spares. I am happy that I went with his suggestion as I now have a much funner ball to throw (and am still picking up my spares!). He helped evaluate my current ball's measurements and made some slight but very noticeable adjustments. I absolutely love the ball Devin fitted and drilled for me.
