It's a good location-right on Roosevelt Rd. near Trader Joe's and Starbucks which makes waiting easier. I always come to wash my comforter(s), since the washer I have at home is too small. Some of their washers and dryers are big enough to fit both at once which cuts down my time being there. The biggest dryer dries both of my queen size comforters within 45 minutes. I paid $6 for the washer and a little less than $2 for the dryer (it's .25 cents for 6 minutes I believe). Detergent and softener there is $1 each.

Since we are eating at India Palace (which is in the same plaza) anyway, we brought a laundry basket of wet clothes to throw in the dryer to dry while we have lunch. I have not used a laundromat in over 3 decades, so I cannot comment on prices. This place is very clean and nice, lots of machines but lots of customers as well. Perhaps it is not quite as busy during the week.

Came back to this place because I like that I do not need cash - just load a card worn your credit or debit - Super convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they remodeled, new floors, counters, and machines. Clean, all machines in order, and a live person working to make sure things go well. The bathroom is reserved, under lock (conveniently opens with the card), for customers so it is clean. Will be back next year.

It has a family run feel (but, that might be my imagination) They do a free delivery and pick up (dropped a nice bag off at my door) but I've never taken advantage of that service. Those CD One Price places don't really have such great prices on cleaned and pressed shirts and I like the way they treat me when I'm here. They also clean things that don't fit into a "one price" category like bedspreads, duvets, dust ruffles etc... If the line is two deep and I'm the second guy in line they always get someone from the back to come and help me. You pay when you pick up and there's no hassle of counting the shirts an pants before you leave. They just look at you and say "I'll take care of it".. I'm all like.. "cool!" I have a treasured brown leather jacket that needed some pocket repair, they gave me some good advice that saved me time and money.. that alone is reason to go back. The last dry cleaner that I used in Naperville (on 75th st) was cranky and didn't like anyone... I figured that I was special and that secretly; he really did like me... one day, he sold the store (didn't ask ME first!) A really nice lady took over, she remembered my name, how I like my starch etc... I didn't know what to do with myself. That's probably not going to happen here, on either extreme.. I initially thought it was due to age of short but after my new shirt came back with a scuffed collar I realized it must be how they clean shirts. I attempted to resolve with the owners and they argued repeatedly that it was because my shirts were old. When showing them the same brand shirt that was older without any damage they continued to argue and would not offer any solution to make things right. Stay away! Put in a load of laundry, used our own unscented Tide Free & Gentle liquid detergent, and the load came out strongly scented. I don't know if this is due to a previous person's load leaving scented residue, or if the establishment "freshens" the washers with something scented. We use this laundromat for heavy loads, or if we have a problem with our home machine. Unfortunately, we won't be able to patronize this location again due to the residual fragrance left in our laundry. It will take weeks or re-washing and hanging outside to try to remove it. Prior to the new ownership, we never had this issue.
