Biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast is delicious with a big Dr Pepper. That's a great way to get the morning started. I also like their breakfast on a bun with sausage. They're very good too. Store is very clean. For the most part, it's OK. BUT... I always order my fries CRISPY CRISPY CRISPY. Today was the third time in two weeks I've eaten at this location. Not one time have they gotten my fries correct. Today was the worst yet. The fries were cooked for the regular amount of time and were the usual pale and limp. The first two times, I attributed it being close to time to change the oil. Today, I could tell the oil was fresh. They just didn't cook them long enough (they were cooked, just not long enough for me). I waited 25 minutes for my order to begin with. I ordered Whatawings with fries and a drink. I'm used to it taking a few (up to 5) minutes extra because of the fries. When my order was finally brought to me, the fries were not correct, so I brought them to the counter to request they re-cook them. Was told they would. Went back to my table and ate my wings. 20 minutes later, I had still not received my re-cooked fries. When I asked if I was ever going to get the rest of my order, I was asked "you didn't get them? Let me go see." To which I replied, "I don't have time to wait any longer, I have to get back to work." No remedy was offered. read more

Terrible service, I online ordered 10 minutes before I arrived, arrived when my order was supposed to be ready, and let them know I was there. They gave me my drink and I sat for 25 minutes before asking about my order. They told me they forgot about my order and then proceeded to give me my order that had been sitting the whole time so it was cold. read more

The crack head lady who works the drive thru had a melt down and cussed me out because she didn't know how to hold the phone to scan the barcode on the app. She kept pressing my Apple Pay button but couldn't grasp that it was her. Cussed me out and flipped her shit. Food was all wrong and terrible. I talked to the shift manager and he offered to replace my meal but I haven't gone back. read more

First let me say: I love Whataburger. But I do not love this location. Orders are consistently incorrect. Fries are usually cold or old/stale. And you can never get them on the phone, no matter what time of day. This place is less than 5 minutes from my house and I will drive to any other location to get good quality food. Our local Whataburger offers the usual fast-food fare (Whataburger being above average in the hamburger dept.). As is typical of all the Whataburger's in this area, the decor and ambiance are terrific. What I really want to mention is the exceptional staff at this location. Each time I visit, it seems like its employees are upbeat, friendly, smiling, happy to see customers and eager to make sure we get our orders quickly and accurately. (Sometimes you don't find that in fast-food sales...) Today's Exceptionally Great Front-End Person at Whataburger in White Oak: Christina. From her friendly voice at the drive-thru squawker, to her smile and quick service at the window. I came to Whataburger while in White Oak visiting my family. The food and service were great. What impressed me the most though, was when the manger stopped by to say hi to my grandparents while he was actually off duty. He stayed and chatted with us for quite a while and was very friendly. My grandma told me that he and other members of the staff had prayed for my grandfather while he was very ill in the hospital for which she was very grateful for. That kind of kindness is defiantly something you don't see everyday. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers!! read more

EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO TO THE WHATABURGER IN WHITE OAK (longview texas) OUR ORDER HAS SOMETHING EITHER COMPLETELY WRONG OR MISSING ALL TOGETHER. We go to white oak at least once a week and it's getting quite frustrating. THIS TIME my husband orders a breakfast sandwich with BACON AND SAUSAGE and an extra side of hash browns. First we noticed the extra hash browns missing so my husband goes back in and gets those then as we are headed toward the house (in gladewater) we notice there's no bacon on the sandwich which we paid for..so my husband calls the store and thankfully this time gets the General manager on the phone (MR KEVIN) and the situation is handled professionally and courteously. THIS is rare! He offered to even pay for our next meal. Thank you Mr Kevin for being the rare employee at this particular establishment that handled the situation great. As for the other employees that work there..its not rocket science..get it together! read more

My husband and I worked 2nd shift for many years and would have our supper break at Whataburger. We always had breakfast and the people there were so friendly, the best in the world. I thought there were none better for service and food..BUT since I no longer can work we use the Whataburger in White Oak and they topped even the service and great food. Always the way we wanted it.
