I'd give this location zero stars if I could. Don't get me wrong, I love Whataburger, but I will never (underlined if possible) go back to this location. Why? The on duty manager is rude, insulting and is incredibly mean to her employees. She was yelling and cussing at them while I was there with my two sons. I felt sorry for the employees and those waiting know their food. My boys and I eventually got up and left without getting our food. I wasn't going to sit there and listen to her screaming and have my 9 year old think that those actions were acceptable. Yesterday while placing a to go order with a passenger, I was treated very disrespectfully by the young lady giving me my food. She gave me my bag which had 2 meals (a #5 and a #1). She then attempted to close the window, but I said hey I have another order(my passengers). The young lady responded, "it in there." I said, "yes, my meals for y orders are here, but I have a completely different order for..." she shut the window and walked off. A young man, visibly frustrated but clearly understanding what I meant, came to the window with my second order, handed it to me, and immediately closed the window. Every time this whataburger disappoints. It will be once in a blue moon if there isn't more than a 10 minute wait. Especially night shift. Food is cold and mushy, disappointed for such a long freaking wait. I saw these all over Houston and was wondering if they were any good. It is a chain fast food restaurant. My buddies and I out late one night and this particular location was open late so we figured we would stop by and try it out. Being from HI we had never come across a Whataburger before. I keep coming to this place ordering my burger in the drive though pulling into a parking spot check my order. After checking it proceed inside to have my burger the way I ordered it. If this was my first whataburger experience I would have never returned. The food was disgusting. My chophouse or whatever burger sauce tasted sour. Easily the worst whataburger in the area. Drive thru almost always takes way too long. Actually had a timer running one visit and hit 20 minutes in line. Then when you actually get your food it's a coin flip whether your order is correct. Just this morning we were not given the hashbrowns for two meals. I love Whataburger so much but I avoid this location after 5pm. You're going to wait longer no matter what time you go but I have waited close to an hour on multiple occasions in the drive through, all of which were between 5pm-7pm. Many times they have gotten our order wrong. One time my husband went to get fries. The lady gave him cold fries. He asked for fresh fries and she put the fresh fries on top of the old fries.
