Food is just about as good as any Whataburger, however some of the employees at this location are extremely rude. Going through the drive thru this morning, an employee named Ian P. argued with us about our order. We ordered a sausage taquito with cheese, and he tried to say that this meant we didn't want egg on it when we got to the window. We tried to explain that the menu simply says a sausage taquito with cheese, and that egg is automatic. He quickly became rude and condescending, and we did not appreciate his attitude. Not all of the employees at this location are like this, but many are. Ordered food for me and my friends and came back with two items missing. I called the place and the person said that they did put the items in. Why would I lie about not getting items when my friends are pissed off at me for not getting back with their food. This place is seriously so stingy. The person I talked to said I had to come back for a refund or to get my two missing items back. This is seriously the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Truly amazing service and friendly staff! Definitely in the top tier of Whataburger restaurants I've visited in the past. My food was hot and cooked to order, delivered promptly. bro im pissed off, first of all it was cold as shit and the drive thru line was hella long so i decided to go in bc fuck it might be faster i get inside i am greeted kindly and then some dumb blonde manager lady w blue eyes helping me on Michael B's cash register at 11:35pm she asked me what k wanted i told her a honey butter chicken strip and a number 13 no drink pls, she then said so you just want the chicken and gravy? i said it doesn't come with toast? and she said you have to get the meal but toast is only 34 cents extra ((which is dumb bc a loaf of the bread is 2$ but never mind that)) so i said yes pls, she then asked me if i wanted any sauces, stunned by this request I looked them over ((it's a lil cheat sheet right next to the cash register)) deciding that none of them could surpass the gravy, politely declined her request of sauce. our transaction continues and i recieve my table tent, i wait an appropriate amount nothing atrocious just the expected time you'd wait for a meal at 11:35 at night, my food is brought out to me asked if i wanted any condiments, i politely declined as i have a decent amount of ketchup at my own house, and grabbed my food and went on my way home, i drive the 5 minutes home unlock my front door and am greeted by wagging tails, i head to the kitchen and sit down at one of the bar stools, slowly unraveling my number 13, but to my great dismay i am only greeted by my chicken strips and toast with no gravy! never in my right mind would i expect this to be the standard, do you go to raising canes and say no canes sauce? do you go to IHOP for its burgers ? do you ever get nervous? are you high right now? it just sickens me to know that after whataburger became a sell out the standards of a true southern icon could be diminished to literally nothing, scum i can't believe it, you guys should never have fired anthony, everything has gone downhill for your company since that infamous day, in the end i have nothing more to say than a mere "fuck you" read more

The food is on par with most Whataburgers, good, yummy, greasy goodness when you are having that kind of day. The reason this one gets 5 stars is the service. We recently moved to the area and have been three or four times over the course of the past few months. EVERY SINGLE TIME we receive stellar service from smiling, happy employees. Update:. Knocked off another star. Be careful ordering drive through. Since I wrote this review, they have conveniently "forgotten" sandwiches and other items numerous times and given mediums instead of the paid for larges. I can understand a mistake once in awhile. But 9 out of 10 times? Hmmm. Make sure you check your receipt and bag everytime. It gets real expensive paying for items and not getting them and having to decide if the 15 minute drive there and back is worth it. We usually check(and have to remind them of what they forgot) but sometimes the husband is in a rush and they get us those times. Usually service is okay, not great. The food is not the best Whataburger I've had. Last night, we bought two bacon avocado burgers along with other things at the drive thru. Both bacon avocado burgers were without avocado and bacon. Absolutely none. It was basically an onion burger with some weird orange sauce. How do you forget the avocado and bacon on an avocado bacon burger? It's in the name, c'mon. Its like forgetting the cheese in a grilled cheese sandwhich. The best thing of what we ordered was the garden salad. The fries were old and mostly burnt pieces. We didnt realize this until we got home. It was late, we had children sleeping, we decided not to drive all the way back. It was by far the poorest food I've had from a Whataburger. read more

Whataburger as been one of the best fast food places for years. I only order the #2. Meal Deal with fries and drink. This is not about the service,drive thru,or how clean the places are. This is about the hamburger meat . The last four times the burgers are just dry. Sonic changed their hamburger meat in their burgers and they taste so much better. nice and juicy ,not dry and all bun. Whatabuger still has really good fries and nice spicy ketchup. Don't know what happened but what a freaking hassle! My mom and I went to pick up lunch for 4, plus some shakes. We ordered two combo meals, each with a different drink. We also ordered two single burgers and a large fry, then three shakes. It took forever for the girl to get our order right at the drive thru. I don't know why she didn't understand. But finally she repeated everything back correctly. It didn't take long at all to get the food, and I had a feeling we needed to check. First we realized we didn't get our shakes. So we parked in a space so my mom could go back in with the receipt. Before she went in I checked the bag for everything else. There was also a single burger missing and the soft drinks were both the same so one needed to be replaced. She came back after several minutes with those items and we went home. As we're going through the bags we get confused because everything is put together weird. One combo is in its place with fries in a bag, for my husband. The other bag had two burgers with a fry and another bag had a single burger. We went through all the burgers to figure out which was whose. Then my mom has an annoyed face and says they forgot our large fries. Apparently it never got put on the ticket even though the girl repeated it back to us. I didn't notice they were missing before because I was matching what we had to the ticket. Ugh. By the time we had everything sorted out, the fries we did have were cold and the drinks were partially watered down. Just a big hassle. The burgers and shakes were good, and that's what earned these two stars. read more

Just found out about breakfast at Whataburger. The Tiquitoes are good and they have a sausage gravy on biscuits that is addictive. Love it!

Every single time I've come it's been nothing but bad service. The only reason I come is because my father, who just got out of the hospital, wants their food. The food is constantly cold, made wrong, or didn't receive after paying for the food. It's not that hard to do your job. It's either the staff doesn't listen or doesn't want to read the order to make sure it's correct. The fact I have to reiterate to the employee taking my money to make sure it is correct because I've had issues with the item not being made correctly at previous visits and yet it still comes out incorrect. I also do not like using the employee who stands outside at the drive-thru. Every time I've done that three other vehicles seem to get done before I do. I'd recommend to stop doing that. The orders are pretty damn simple. I've asked for extra gravy on their chicken finger meal, been charged for it, and yet never receive it. And then to top it off, the whole meal is cold! I've ordered salads and not receive the dressing, breakfast sandwiches have been made incorrectly even though there is a sticker on it indicating it's a jalapeño cheddar biscuit when it is actually a regular biscuit. Or if I ask for bacon I'm given sausage instead. I've asked for NO cheese and yet it's still put on there. I don't know what cheese they use but I have gotten extremely sick from it. Which tells me it's a fake cheese. If you use actual slices of cheddar there wouldn't be a problem. When I do say something to the staff about the sandwich being wrong all they have done is pull off the incorrect item and throw on the correct item. It makes it look terrible and done half assed. No thanks. Until something is done to fix the way the staff handles things I'll take my money either to a different whataburger or somewhere else. read more
