Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Houston, Texas

I was a big fan of Burger King and the iconic Whopper as a kid in the 80's & 90's teen growing up but it's definitely fallen off throughout the years and with corporate culture. Heard about the improved Whopper and with the superb CEO's rebuttal of McDonald's CEO silly attempt to do a review, I had to try it. Hadn't been to a Burger King for years and today, I thought it was a good time to try it on a Sunday. I made the mistake of coming to Burger King #4458. There was no one in front of me in line so I thought I would get quick service. No one said hello or acknowledged me or said they would be right with me. After about 4-5 minutes a young lady named Pia finally walked up to a register. I smiled and said hello and she did not. Just stared at me. I then said I am happy to be back and look forward to trying the improved Whopper and she just stared at me again. It felt cold and I clearly can see she did not value my business nor did she care about what I was saying nor the quality of my experience. I don't expect Michelin star service at a Burger King, but c'mon, show a little respect and courtesy or find a different job to work at. I told her the meal was for dine-in and when my number was called, they put it in a to-go bag. I asked for a tray so I could enjoy my meal on clean surface but Pia and a young man said they did not have any trays. Well, it is what it is and the lemonade was out as well, so fingers crossed the Whopper would be good. The Whopper was pretty good but not like it used to be but it definitely was better. The fries were mediocre and that's all I have to say about the food - but it was the indifference and lack of effort from the staff that left me feeling insulted and disappointed with my return to Burger King. I gave you another chance and because of Pia and her team, I feel like I wasted my time and money and I won't be back. I asked Pia for the franchise's contract info and she just walked away from me. Here is the customer service number thats on my receipt (see photos) and everyone who felt like me should call: 832-717-3585 read more

Pulled up to the drive-through and they asked me to wait so I did. Then some guy gets on the mic and is saying bitch this and bitch that and get your money and borrow if you have to.... So I'm like hello... hello? I waited almost 5 minutes at the drive-through with nothing except this man talking to another employee about his money all while cussing. read more

Burger King - Bacon Egg and cheese Croissant - Burgers Near Me - Houston, Texas

First review about fast food place ever. The service here is god awful and slow. Waited forever to place order. Had me holding for 14 minutes. Another person pulls up to second screen. Boom. Got order. I reminded him I was there at 11 min mark. read more

I've given this location multiple tries and I mean months spread out! The food is always cold no matter what time of the day but it's even worse at night. I'm just done giving this location a chance they need to just close it down cause it's been an ongoing issue for years! read more

Wow what terrible food. I've always loved the original chicken sandwich. I went through the drive thru at 11am. That should mean fryers are fresh and food is fresh, right? I ordered the chicken sandwich. When I got it, the sanche was so saturated in oil it soaked through the entire bun and wrapper. I couldn't eat it. It tasted burnt yet was soggy. I may never recover from that sandwich. Horrible. read more

They didn't have alot of the menu items. I Couldn't enjoy my fries they put almost the whole bottle of salt on them

Most menu items we specifically came here for were unavailable. Service was lackluster. Very disappointed.... It's a no for me.

Honestly I used to go inside because it seems in the drive thru they either don't care or hate doing it. Once it took me more than 15 minutes to just order in the drive thru. I wasted about 3 miles worth of gas waiting in line. There was only one person in front of me.I don't think I got the right change. Also for some reason the same woman will tell me through the drive thru that they have no barbecue sauce and then inside it's a different story. Recently, though, I went inside and tried to order but the cashier Lester was so rude. I tried verifying I ordered correctly and it's like he was offended that I thought he got my order wrong. Idk if he had a bad day before I ordered, but that doesn't give him a reason to take such a rude tone with his customers. I mainly come here bc it's off of 249 and nearby. There are other staff there that really put in the work and are kind, but after so much hassle and disappointment I think I'll be going to another location. read more

I came to this location after working a 12 hour shift. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 10:56 PM. When i got there i was told to pull up. My food was brought out to me. The food was cold and the fries were dry and hard. I asked them to remake my food they took the bags back and proceeded to give me the same cold and dry fries that were given back to them along with the lukewarm warm burgers. I will never return to this location. read more

The building Nice and clean, the service was perfect , my order was ready pretty quick and actually hot food

dont know who they have running this place but they suck. we waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes

ABSOLUTE WORST Burger King that I have ever visited. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! First we were given out cups to fill our drinks and the Coke and anything with fizz...did not have any fizz! I told a worker that there was no fizz from the drink machine. He looked at me like a deer in headlights. As we were waiting for our food, I figured out why. They were all speaking Spanish back in the food prep area - all of the time. They never spoke to him in English. When we got our food we were missing one Whopper Jr. Then we found out that we were given a regular Whopper versus a BBQ Whopper. Both times had to show receipt, bring the bag back, etc. We ordered 2 Ranch dressings for the pickle fries - we had to go back because they forgot. There was another guy in there trying to get a refund - he had eaten inside. The drive through guy had to run outside to take things - the one time I saw they forgot Ranch dressing and were taking that out to a car. If I could give less than one star I would! The food was okay - fries not hot. DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO ANOTHER BURGER KING IF YOU MUST HAVE BK. We had to stop there because we had a mentally challenged person and a Parkinson's person who wanted BK, so we had to stop there or the mentally challenged person would have had a melt down. read more

I had a unpleasant experience at this Burger King. One of my food items was overcooked. I came up here. Kevin took a complete care. He is the night shift manager. Although all of my food was OK except for one item he refunded the whole transaction customer service 10 out of 10 he was not able to put the money back on my card so he gave me a cash refund read more

This is a good book. OK this is the wonderful Burger King. I keep this place 10 stars. If I have to. I'd love this place. Burger King has the best food. read more

Excellent service and attention. Place really clean and a place to eat. I ordered an impossible whopper and it came nice and hot. Definetly a place I could come back to. read more

Food is fine most of the time with the exception of the less than fresh fries I received on this visit. The worst part of this visit was the service. I was literally made fun of by the short chubby Latino guy for ordering a few sauces. For some reason the sauces are a real sore point for them here. I can't tell you how many times I've had to go back into the store to get the sauces I PAID EXTRA for. If I had to guess without looking at other reviews, it's the crappy service that gives this place the ratings it has. The employees seem to do whatever they want and act however they want. The same ones with bad attitudes are always still there the next time I come, so management has got to be an issue too. read more

good food very fast service food nice the best time for my food Lester is a good boys

Service at this location to bad took my order wrong i asked for onion rings and they charged me fries the fries where extra salty and the onion rings had salt as well the crew should be retrained even the manger need to be trained he just lets it happen dont even check his fries staion looks like he dont care or dont know what he doing and its crazy how they put one of the crew members to sit in the lobby to do reviews online i will never go back to this store ever again i vouldnt load the picture with the salt on fries read more

I think they're actively sabotaging peoples food. It was an online order, so no interaction. Looks like they dunked the "burrito" in the deep fryer. Ruined the entire order & bag & smelled so bad. Hash browns smelled like dirt. Some of the order was wrong, maybe from running out of items? The coffee was possibly okay, but I wasn't motivated to try it. Was offered a coupon for a future order, but no thanks. read more

Bad service the guy Lester very disrespectful to customers and name calling. Rush you while you at the speaker, heard him called another by the word N***a. Had to go inside because through drive through missing a burger. When I notified Lester he spoke in Spanish so I couldn't understand. Another employee helped me resolve my issue by giving me my missing burger that was sitting in the hot window. Please retrain your workers also talk to people in the correct communication not a good look. Please get rid of Lester his customers service is not appropriate for BK read more

Purchased two impossible burgers from drive through, the burgers were instantt my ready as soon as i paid, took no time at all to get my good which was a little oddd. Got home burger is cold as if it was just sitting there already made. But just to top it off, this is a vegetarian burger I'm talking bout. I don't eat meat for religious reAsons, and especially no pork. Wrapped inside of my VEGETARIAN burger, was a sliver of bacon... won't come back to this location read more

Hi came in for a quick stop on our way back home Little Rock Arkansas. Drive thru was long so decided to come in. There were 3 workers in the front. I only had one issue with one of the employee by the name of Lester Latino dude. I do not think its polite to talk about the customers. Thats not very nice or just because Im a Caucasian woman does not mean Im not aware of Spanish. He was talking down on a customer and also talking down on a non speaking employee who worked as a duo on front counter with him . Thats so unprofessional. I felt so unease after i left. It bother me so i wanted to leave a review. read more

The worse service and burgers that I have ever encountered. The rude illegal alien 45 yo female gave me a roll of Nickels as part of my change and threw it in my hand. When I asked if she could give me two ones instead, she angrily told me " no, I gave 2 dollar" and shut the door in my face. When I got home, my order was wrong. I ordered a Texas double and they gave a single whopper. Burger King and Popeyes will never get my business again. Both locations next door to each other are both shit shows. BK and Popeyes have fallen so low with their illegal alien employees that they can't see the forest for the trees. read more

I'd rather starve to death than spend another dollar over here, worst place I've ever been in my life, an hour waiting, food is cold and even gave me the wrong order, employee was rude and racist calling me white trash because I asked for a refund. I hope nobody spends a dime at this place, if you don't believe me go try it out yourself. read more

Worse bk I've ever been. 20 minute line with no one in front of me. No DR Pepper which is mind blowing since the plant is only a few hours away. Fries had no flavor or salt and they gave me the wrong burger! The kicker, it was the assistant manager taking orders Sad day when he's making more than military members read more

I love the impossible burger, when I eat it while traveling it (usually) taste decent. Most likely microwaved or cooked in a microwave oven but still decent compared to their meat burgers. It is a bit dry, and this location specially always messes up my order somehow. Smh I'd rather drive to hop doddy and pay $12 for decent burger with vegan cheese. read more

I live right this newly built Burger King and have not seen more than a couple cars in the driveway at a time. Unfortunately, this is the only BK location close to me. Every time I go there I get the same thing, Whopper with NO onions, extra Mayo, Tomatoes, and Pickles. I am usually served a whopper with Onions and regular condiments. Please make it possible to add additional condiments on your App. Anyway, as usual, the young lady taking my order, but also paying more attention to her friends giggling about something. She asked about how I wanted my burger3 times. Seriously, 3 times, and it was still wrong, not mention the bread was stale as could be. Overall, this location has 1 1/2 stars and I completely understand why. The food is slop, the Service comical but the Abience is a beautiful ĵùManagement either needs to fix the issues close it down like you did at the Willowbrook location. read more

Has to be one of the worst versions of this chain. Consistently forgets items in drive thru or forgets to give CC back after purchase. Manager is unresponsive and useless as well. Today 11/18 @7pm the cashier in the front saw us walking in and when we walked up to the cash register she turned around and got on her phone while we stood there in the front of the cash register waiting for her to get off her phone. she then took my order and she charged me for 2 meals when I had only asked for one , when she told me the total i questioned it and asked her if that was the total for one meal she then proceed to tell me yes. I paid and checked my receipt and she had charged me for 2 meal, so then I told her I only asked for 1 meal and she asked if I spoke Spanish and I told her "yes" it was at that point she started speaking to me in Spanish with attitude and going back and fourth with me as is if I was wrong She did not apologize and she had horrible attitude . I couldn't get her name because it wasn't on the receipt and she didn't have a name tag . read more

Burger King your tacos are great! The taco shell is crisp and the hamburger is spiced perfectly. My only question/complaint: The lettuce would be better if it were shredded versus the lettuce pieces you use on your hamburgers. read more

Worst service of any fast food restaurant ever! The people working here are so inept they should be working at Popeye's. Ironically, the Popeye's next door has the best service of any Popeye's I've ever visited. It's like a fast food Freaky Friday. read more

BEWARE!! My family and I use to go to this Burger King until a few weeks ago after picking up our order in the drive thru line found blood on the bag. This was very disturbing on so many levels but the potential risk of getting sick was scary. My husband went in and apparently it was the manager that was bleeding from her finger and still gave us the food! The lady asked him if we wanted them to remake the food for us while almost laughing about what had happened! Obviously he told her no and got our money back. I have called the corporate office and this location is privately owed. They were suppose to be notified and someone contact me but I am yet to hear anything back. read more

Mobile order always don't work or get incorrect order. It can be issues of the app, but this issue had been happening for several times. Next, the staff, lacking proficiency in communicating in English, does not honor deals from mobile app, e.g. spent $10 to get free sandwich, ended up not getting the freebie. What's worst is that the staff told me to take what I paid for and leave without attempting to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable in a food service industry, but hey, what do I expect? read more
