I go to this location as it is near my Dr's office so for convenience. My 2nd favorite or 3rd after Walters Rd & 1960 or Cypress Springs locations. Why? They skimp on the coffee, it's usually not close to the top. Too much ice on cold drinks. I always forget to say low on the ice. There are too many lanes open. Some close to customers parked cars or making it hard to maneuver around big concrete mounds, etc. I love they are really trying to accommodate more cars but at whose expense? All in all though efficient and food always so good! read more

had the absolute bestest experience today at Chick-fil-A when I was greeted and given my food by the manager named Ray, we complimented him on his time because it was very fly and he said wow that is so sweet. Thank you so much and then said we're not allowed to receive compliments, but he wanted to give us something in return so he gave us two free warm cookies out of the kindness of his heart just because he said that we were the sweetest people he has ever met. read more

This place is similar to other Chick-Fil-A restaurants, but this is the one closest to where I live, so a few of the staff know me by name and say "Good Morning" to me and my husband. Nice touch. The staff is always polite and courteous to us. One thing they have done here is add a third drive through lane to accommodate the always busy drive through lane. They have also designated over 10 parking spots for order online spots. I have tried this service and find that they get the food out quickly to you, but it's important to note that you have to check in before they start your order. This is one of the few places my husband will eat out at, so I'm glad they are consistently producing good quality food. Oh, and they never complain when I modify the standard order item, such as the way I want my grilled market salad without Blue Cheese for Instance. I know whenever I see a Chick-Fil-A anywhere in the country there will be high quality and a good meal in store. read more

Updated in 2024: They've fixed their drive thru situation a couple years ago and I've been back since then. Much easier to navigate through now, and their service has also improved. I really appreciate that they still have an indoor seating area PLUS a playground for the kiddos! read more

The manager Ms. Andrika...WOW! Phenomenal customer service! I was supposed to do this review MONTHSSS ago as the customer service was just that impactful! I had difficulties with the mobile app placing my breakfast order and wasn't able to place my order in advance however, I was STARVING this morning and needed it to be ready by the time arrived to avoid being late to work. So, I called in, I explained to them the issue I was having & Ma. Andrika kindly took my order over the phone and had it hot & ready by the time I arrived which was SOOOOO helpful & even treated me that morning! That may sound small but that small gesture made my entire day that day! It also helps that every time I go to Chick-fil-a, she remembers me & always greets me with a warm welcome which makes me feel right at home during my lunch breaks! 10/10 stars for her!!! I'm shocked at all the bad reviews! I come here at least twice a week for lunch and have never had a bad experience. For as busy as this location gets, the staff and management run it very smoothly. Even though the lines are long, I'm in and out of the drive through pretty fast. Not once have they gotten my order wrong at this location, nor has anything ever been missing from my order. Smh Chick-fil-A please hire more adults that care about their job! Nothing against the teens that work there but hire some kids that understand the importance of order accuracy. Hire non privileged kids that have to help their parents with bills or something. Gas is to expensive to be driving back to the restaurant and I shouldn't have to spend minutes going through my order to make sure it was prepared correctly before I drive off. Management, do a better job hiring kids that understand the importance of detail! Chick-fil-A shouldn't have 2 1/2 stars. It does explain why this restaurant has 2 stars though! It shouldn't be 2 mistakes on a my kid's food order. Gzzz it was a kids meal with 4 items and 2 were incorrect. After taking the ice out of the drink there was less than 1/2 a cup of lemonade. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Chick-Fil-a, I received my beverage and pulled forward expecting to receive the rest of my order, I waited and everyone kept passing by without asking about my order, one of the workers came by and asked for my name and proceeded to just say "ok" rudely and walked away, there was at least two workers who asked my name but didn't bother asking what my order was even if they had seen me waiting for a good amount of time. There was a manager and a team lead at the drive thru with a clear view of the cars and they didn't bother checking up on me after waiting for almost 10 mins. Finally a young lady that was working the desserts asked for my name and order and helped me out. Shortly before the young lady got my order a different worker asked for me to pull forward since my order was "still being worked on" when he didn't even know my order or name. This is by far the worst experience I've had, Chick-Fil-A prides themselves on having good customer service but this location lacks good customer service and communication. read more

Ray is the best employee there!!!! He asked us if we needed anything, he let us know about upcoming events and he even gave my baby a "future team member" sticker. Will definitely be back because of him!! Parking is the only downside but other than that we enjoyed our meals. Love this place. They strive to make sure our orders are perfect. And they do a great job, sometimes I think, with an inhuman ability of greatness! My favorite Chick-fil-A employees (which is all of them) always greet me with a smile. The place always has fresh flowers and a welcoming host or hostess. The laugh of children warms my heart. People always say the third line takes forever but it doesn't, sometimes they are just extremely busy! I've never seen a fast food place work so hard, and be so loving to all its customers. 5 stars because I could not put 10, or 100, or 1,000, or 1,000,000. Service is so terrible. They care about pushing 100 customers through the drive thru instead of providing good customer service. Half the time our order is missing fries or a sauce. The outside lane is so slow. Today was told they no longer do customization or substitutions so i can no longer get what I've been getting for months. Was also told I can't turn left to go back to the light so having to drive an extra mile out of my way now. So frustrated with management and will no longer be going to this Chick-fil-A. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-a. I order the chicken strip dinner. I was not given the sauces I requested. The mac and cheese was burnt and cold, the lemonade tasted bad. I was not given a fork or spoon to eat the cold mac and cheese and no napkins. And after multiple requests, I was not given a receipt. Guess what I can't get reimbursed because I didn't do your job. So much for taking something quick and delicious back to my hotel. Glad this was not my Chick-fil-a I eat at every week. If I am ever back this way I will never eat at this Chick-fil-a. Poor service and cold and nasty food. read more

Don't normally go there bc the lines are so unbelievably long even during off hrs but got a gift certificate so i went. I had to park all the way in the back and walked past 10-12 empty togo parking spots to get to the door. Felt like i was the frog in frogger video game trying to walk through all the drive thru traffic to get to the door. This is possibly the worst chick fil a I've been too. They always forget a food item in the order, the customer service is terrible. I recently went and they were not accepting gift cards but did not notify you of this until you wait in line to order, actually order, and go to hand over the gift card. I then had to re-wait in line to leave. When it was my turn to go up to the drive thru I notified what looked like the manager on duty, of how they should let customers know ahead of ordering if they aren't accepting gift cards. She was beyond rude, snubbed her nose and actually walked away. I did call the customer service line in hopes they would make it right, as I had to drive an additional 20mins out of my way to another location, I was surprised that they just took my feedback and left it as that. Super disappointing. I will not be back, it is also to be noted as I was being told they won't accept the gift card the car in front of me didn't get their chicken sandwhich with their meal! Upon entering the gorgeous glass doors, I was greeted by a beautiful woman at the register. I instantly felt welcomed. She took my order with pleasure and poise, and even picked up my change after I dropped it all over the floor. Upon resting my bottom onto the luxurious booth, the dashing manager immediately offered complementary water. Overall, our experience was top notch and I couldn't have asked for a homier environment. This review is written for the healthy peeps and the moms who want to feed their kiddos healthier food. Chick-fil-A now has grilled chicken nuggets. No more wars with the kiddos whining for a five pack and throwing a fit or screeching. You can purchase 1 grilled chicken nugget for .50 which BTW these nuggets are larger than the fried ones. They are also available in 4, 6, 8 or 12 packs with the dip/dips of your choice. So healthy mom's and peeps no more chemicals in the oil to preserve it overnight. Healthy, healthy, healthier Fast Food! Ha ha does this mean no fries? That's up to you. Sorry about the ha ha couldn't help myself. Anyway they have 2 healthy green type salads and a fruit salad. I love Chick-fil-a. This is the worst of the best, though. They literally mess up our order 3 out of 4 times we go there. And it's impossible to get back into the parking lot once you leave, so you're basically screwed once they mess up your order. On a recent visit, I ordered a #2 with Mac and cheese. They gave me two mac and cheese, and no sandwich. This time, we ordered kids meals with half-and-half teas. They gave us tea with lemonade in it. On another recent visit, they left my mac and cheese out altogether. This happened in a 2 week period. On one visit I made the block, sat in line and told them they messed my order up (took 15 minutes to get back to the restaurant and through the cluster f of a line) and they acted like I was demented for wanting my spicy chicken sandwich. The staff needs to repeat orders, which they never do. They act like they are in a hurry. Not sure who is running this place, but go visit another location and see how they should be ran, please. And yes, I still go here because it's the most convenient. But one can only take so many whippings before they learn a better way. read more

Although this is one of my all time faves, the last three times I ordered from here for delivery I ordered salads and asked for two salad dressings and each time, I only received one. This is even after I indicated it in the comment box. Additionally, I ordered an Arnold Palmer for more than I would normally spend, each time I received a small cup that was full of ice and very little tea! Incidentally, if I were to go there directly, I would buy a large for right at the same as I payed for delivery.
